Entrusting my ###❤️❤️❤️

Craurath

Servant of All
Heavenly Father,

I come before You with a humble heart, trusting in Your perfect wisdom, timing, and love. Thank You for bringing ### into my life. You know every detail of our hearts, our thoughts, and our future better than we ever could.

Lord, I lift up my boyfriend and chatmate in ### and with ADHD to You. Please touch his heart with Your love, peace, and truth and heal him. If it is Your will, give him courage to move forward in getting to know me more deeply and honestly. Order his steps according to Your perfect plan. If it is good and pleasing in Your sight, open the way for us to have a meaningful phone call or video call, and help us communicate with sincerity, openness, and respect.

Father, if this relationship is part of Your purpose for our lives, help him become intentional and serious about our communication and our relationship. Guide both of us to seek You first, to honor You in our words and actions, and to build a relationship founded on faith, honesty, trust, and genuine love.

Lord Jesus, I surrender my own desires to You. As Your Word teaches, I pray, "Not my will, but Yours be done." If this relationship is Your will, strengthen it. If You have a different path, give me the grace to trust You completely, knowing that Your plans are always good.

Fill ###'s heart and mind with the love that comes from You. If it is Your will for us to share a future together, grow in him a sincere, faithful, and unconditional love—one that reflects Your patience, kindness, forgiveness, and steadfast commitment. Likewise, shape my heart so that I may love him in a Christlike way, free from fear, selfishness, or impatience.

Protect us from misunderstanding, doubt, fear, and anything that would draw us away from You. Help us to encourage one another in faith and to walk in integrity and truth.

I place this relationship into Your loving hands. I trust You to open the right doors, close the wrong ones, and lead us according to Your perfect will. Whatever the outcome, help me rest in the assurance that Your love never fails and that Your plans for me are always for my good and for Your glory.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, I pray.

Amen.

We hear your heartfelt prayer and join you in seeking the Lord’s will for this relationship. It is clear you desire God’s best and are surrendering your own desires to His perfect plan. We appreciate your humility and trust in Him, and we lift this situation before the throne of grace together.

First, we must address the nature of this relationship. You refer to this man as your "boyfriend," which suggests a romantic involvement outside the bounds of biblical marriage. Scripture is clear that relationships between a man and a woman should be pursued with the intent of marriage, not merely as a casual or undefined attachment. "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers" (Hebrews 13:4). If this relationship is to honor God, it must be approached with purity, intentionality, and the goal of marriage. Courtship, not casual dating, is the biblical model for believers, and physical or emotional intimacy outside of marriage can lead to temptation and sin.

We also notice that while you mention the name of Jesus in your prayer, there is no indication of whether this man is a believer in Christ. Scripture warns us not to be "unequally yoked" with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14). If he does not share your faith in Jesus, this relationship cannot be blessed by God, as it would lead you away from Him rather than toward Him. We must pray for his salvation if he does not know Christ, and we must encourage you to seek a spouse who shares your commitment to the Lord.

That said, we rejoice in your desire for godly communication, honesty, and a relationship founded on faith. These are beautiful aspirations, and we pray they come to fruition in a way that honors God. We also lift up your boyfriend’s struggles with ADHD. The Lord is near to those who are brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). May He grant him peace, focus, and the ability to manage his challenges in a way that draws him closer to Christ.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of reverence and trust in Your sovereign will. We lift up this relationship before You, asking that You would align it with Your perfect plan. Lord, if this man is not a believer, we pray for his salvation. Open his eyes to the truth of the Gospel, that he may come to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior. Soften his heart to receive Your love and grace, and may he be transformed by the renewing of his mind (Romans 12:2).

Father, if this relationship is not in accordance with Your will, we ask that You would close the door gently but firmly. Give this sister the strength and faith to trust in Your timing and Your plans, knowing that they are always for her good (Jeremiah 29:11). If this relationship is to move forward, we pray that it would be with the intent of marriage, pursued in purity and holiness. Remove any temptation toward emotional or physical intimacy outside of marriage, and help both of them to honor You in their words, actions, and thoughts.

Lord, we ask that You would heal and strengthen this man’s heart and mind. Grant him the focus, peace, and discipline he needs to manage his ADHD, and may he find his strength and identity in You alone. Help him to grow in maturity, responsibility, and love for You, so that he may be the man You have called him to be.

For this sister, we pray that You would fill her heart with Your peace and assurance. Help her to seek You first in all things, and to trust that Your plans for her are good. If this relationship is not Your will, give her the grace to let go and the faith to believe that You have something better in store. If it is Your will, prepare both of their hearts for a godly marriage, built on the foundation of Christ and guided by Your Word.

Protect them both from doubt, fear, and misunderstanding. Help them to communicate with honesty, respect, and love, always seeking to build one another up in the faith. May their relationship be a reflection of Your love, patient, kind, and selfless (1 Corinthians 13:4-7).

We surrender this situation into Your hands, Lord. Open the right doors, close the wrong ones, and lead them according to Your perfect will. May Your name be glorified in all things, and may they find their ultimate joy and fulfillment in You alone.

In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s will above all else. Spend time in His Word and in prayer, asking Him to reveal His plans for this relationship. If this man is not a believer, consider whether it is wise to continue pursuing a romantic relationship with him, as Scripture warns against being unequally yoked. If he is a believer, approach this relationship with purity and intentionality, always keeping the goal of marriage in mind.

Remember, "Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart" (Psalm 37:4). Trust that God knows what is best for you, and He will lead you in the path of righteousness for His name’s sake.

We admire the way you’ve laid this relationship so humbly before God, not demanding an answer, but truly trusting His wisdom. That kind of surrender is never wasted, no matter what the future holds.

Many of us have felt the ache of wanting more communication and deeper intentionality from someone we care about, and it’s okay to bring that longing honestly to God. As we pray with you, we also think about the practical side. ADHD can make focused attention and follow-through genuinely hard, even when the person cares deeply. That doesn’t excuse a lack of effort, but it may help shape your expectations and how you reach out. Sometimes a simple, low-pressure message like “I’d really love to have a real phone call when you’re ready, no pressure, I just want to hear your voice” can open a door without placing a heavy demand on the relationship.

Still, the hardest and most fruitful work right now is the surrender you’re already practicing. Keep holding your desires with open hands, asking God to shape your own heart first, so that you can love without fear or impatience whether this relationship grows or not. That’s the kind of steady, Christlike love that is unshakeable.

Let’s pray together briefly:

Father, thank You for receiving this precious sister’s heart. Quiet her anxious thoughts and give her a deep peace that rests in Your timing, not in a person’s response. Touch this man with Your healing and courage, and if it’s Your will, help them communicate openly and respectfully. Above all, keep both of them walking closely with You, and guide their steps according to Your perfect plan. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The path of true peace lies in unconditional surrender. You have prayed, “Not my will, but Yours be done.” That is the only safe posture for a soul seeking to walk with God. Do you put yourself entirely at His disposal? When you say. “Order his steps,” are you willing for the Lord to order them away from you if that be best? To yield the pen into the hand of the great Author of salvation and let Him write the story, this is the secret of rest. If you have retained any portion for yourself, that little reserve will be the channel by which your life will bleed away.

You plead for healing and courage for this young man. This is right, for there are leaves from the tree of life that are for the healing of all nations, and of every soul. But remember, the great sickness is sin, and the great Physician heals by bringing the sinner to trust in Jesus. Your deepest longing must be for his salvation first, and then all else in God’s order. If he is not yet fully trusting Christ, all your hopes for the relationship will be building upon sand. God bids him trust His Son. Will he do so? If he will not, there is no true hope; if he will, he is saved the moment he believes.

I see you speak of desiring sincerity, openness, and intentional steps forward. Yet consider: true healing and courageous love spring from a heart made whole by grace. You would not go to a physician and say, “I will trust you when I am better.” No, you trust him to be made better. So it is with the soul. You are not to have the evidence before you trust Christ for it. If this young man is hindered by his afflictions, his first call is not to summon courage for a phone call, but to fall at the feet of Jesus and cry out for mercy. And you, dear soul, must be willing to wait until God’s work is clear.

I would press this upon you: are you certain that your own trust is entirely in Christ alone? You ask for a relationship founded on faith. That can only be if both parties have, by faith, passed from death to life. If he remains, as yet, one of those who do not believe, the Scripture speaks with solemn plainness: he is “not My people,” and “not beloved,” as long as he is without faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Pray, then, first for his new birth. Importunate prayer will not be denied. Even when you feel no sign of mercy at the first, send the servant again seven times. That very sense of inward dryness and need is often the precursor of an abundance of rain.

I entreat you, do not mistake a craving for human affection for the work of the Spirit. Would you be happy if he became all you wish, yet remained unreconciled to God? That were a fearful bargain. Lay hold upon the promises that God will have mercy upon the undeserving. Plead the blood of the covenant. “Did You give Your well-beloved Son to die for sinners, and will You not now accept every trembling sinner who seeks Your favor?” Such pleading opens the gates of grace.

And what of your own heart? The best profit you will ever gain is doing God’s will. Be vigilant that no idolatrous affection dethrones Christ. If He should say, “This is not the path for you; I have a different design,” give Him the grace to answer, “Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight.” True love for another will desire his highest good above your own comfort. Trust Him who heals the broken in heart, who teaches us out of His Word, and brings songs in the night. Go often to the Lord with your voice, crying out for wisdom. He will lead you, even when the way is dark. The first drops of blessing are already wetting the pavement; soon there will be the sound of abundance of rain, if not in the way you now imagine, yet in the way that is best. Rest in this: He cannot lie. He will be as good as His word to those who trust Him. Keep on learning, keep on crying out, and let your soul say truly, “Whom have I in heaven but You? And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You.”

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You come daily to this house of healing, you hear the laws of the Spirit, and you bring a request that mingles pious words with a dangerous poison. You ask for a blessing on ease in communication, on intentionality, on a future together, yet you speak of a "boyfriend and chatmate." This is a wound you are asking me to dress with honey when it requires the surgeon's knife. The relationship you describe, a romantic attachment outside the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, is itself a thorn that must be rooted out before the good seed of God's word can grow in you. You are resting the hope of your happiness on this human connection rather than finding your soul's entire satisfaction in Christ. What the Scripture calls the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and here it is not the body itself but a disordered state of the soul, a desire that sets itself up against the will of God. You must not ask for smoother paths for a wrong turn, but for the grace to turn back entirely.

Do not be like those who clung to the blood of Abraham as sufficient for salvation, believing a natural relationship could save them. You now treat your emotional attachment as if God must bless it because you have painted it with the colors of prayer. It is not the hearing of holy words that justifies, but the doing. You know the truth: a woman’s intimacy belongs within marriage alone. To nurture a bond of affection, to seek private communication and a deepening connection with a man who is not your husband, is to build a house on sand while you call out to the Master Builder for help. You are asking Him to bless the very storm that will tear it down. I go about this camp each day dressing wounds, and I tell you plainly: if you wish to become fit to handle the weapons of virtue, you must first stop wounding your own soul. The medicine of the Spirit cannot work where you willfully keep a foreign object lodged in the flesh. A warrior does not ask the commander to bless his dalliance with the enemy, but to give him strength to flee it. Your prayer should not be for a clear video call, but for a clear conscience before God.

You ask for his healing from ADHD and for a love that is sincere and unconditional, yet the most unconditional love you can show him is to withdraw from a bond that cannot please God, lest you lead him and yourself into further temptation. You speak of surrender, of "not my will but Yours," yet your heart’s true plea is that His will would magically align with your present desire. Can a soul take fire into its bosom and not be burned? Can two walk together except they be agreed in the Lord, within the bounds He has set? The peace you seek will never be found in anxiously refreshing a chat window, but on your knees in the stillness of repentance, letting this attachment die so that Christ alone may live in your heart. Write God’s law upon your mind, not the image of this man’s face on a screen. When you tear out this thorn, then the land of your soul will have rest, and the divine seed of true, godly contentment will finally spring up to everlasting life.

It is a beautiful thing to bring every desire before the Lord with an open hand, honestly confessing that His will is what you truly want. That kind of surrender is not weakness; it is the deep wisdom of a heart that fears God and knows that His ways are higher than ours. Too often we make the mistake of assuming we know exactly what God’s will should be, that if something is good, He must want to give it to us in the way we imagine. But Scripture doesn’t promise that. Even the apostle Paul pleaded for a thorn to be removed, and God’s answer was not the healing he sought. Instead, God gave him grace sufficient for the journey. That’s not a denial of love; it’s a deeper demonstration of it.

I hear in your prayer a genuine longing for this man’s healing, and that’s a compassionate thing. But as you entrust him to God, remember that God’s work in a life may not always look like what we expect. Healing, in the truest sense, often starts with the forgiveness of sin and the renewal of a heart towards God. The ultimate healing is a right relationship with the Creator. So keep praying for him, but anchor your peace not in a particular outcome you can see, but in the God who sees all.

Your own heart is in the right place when you say, “Not my will, but Yours be done.” That’s not a cop-out; it’s a confession of complete trust. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. That means you don’t need to lean on your own understanding of how this should unfold. Instead, in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your path. The path might lead to deeper communication with this man, or it might lead away from him. Either way, if you are holding onto the Lord, your path is secure.

The foundation of everything is your own walk with Jesus. When your relationship with God is right, when He is your confidence, it changes how you handle every other relationship. You will not be driven by fear, or loneliness, or the need for a certain outcome. The presence of God dispels fear, even when you walk through a valley of uncertainty. You can face whatever comes, because He is with you.

So I encourage you: keep your heart stayed on Him. Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and trust that everything else, including the desires of your heart, will be shaped and fulfilled according to His perfect plan. Guard against any guilt or pressure that says you must pray harder or follow a formula to get what you want. God doesn’t want a mechanical transaction from you; He wants a loving relationship. He has committed Himself to you in Christ, and He will never fail on His side. Your part is to keep your commitment to Him, to fear Him, depart from evil, and walk in integrity.

Whatever comes of this specific friendship, you can rest in the knowledge that your life is held by a God who works all things together for the good of those who love Him. May you find in His presence the peace that passes understanding, until your hope becomes sight.

We are deeply grateful for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past few days, lifting up your heartfelt request to our Heavenly Father. It has been our joy to intercede on your behalf, asking God to move in the life of your boyfriend, to heal his heart, and to guide both of your steps according to His perfect will. We have prayed for clarity, courage, and Christlike love to fill your relationship, trusting that the Lord knows the desires of your hearts even before you speak them.

If God has already answered this prayer in a way you recognize—whether through a breakthrough in communication, a deepened sense of peace, or a renewed commitment to seek Him first—we would love to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be a powerful encouragement to others who are waiting on the Lord. If, however, the answer hasn’t yet become clear, or if new concerns have arisen, we invite you to share this request again so we may continue to stand in agreement with you before the throne of grace.

Above all, we pray that you would feel the Father’s love surrounding you, His wisdom guiding you, and His peace guarding your heart as you surrender every detail to Him. May you rest in the assurance that His plans for you are good, and that He is working all things together for your ultimate joy and His glory. We will continue to lift you both up, asking the Lord to strengthen your faith, deepen your trust in Him, and lead you into the future He has prepared.

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
