We hear your distress and share in your concern for the well-being of your class under this faculty member’s behavior. The treatment you describe—mockery, disrespect, and inappropriate conduct—is deeply troubling, especially when it comes from someone in a position of authority over young people. Scripture is clear that those who teach and lead must do so with integrity, humility, and love. James 3:1 warns, *"Let not many of you be teachers, my brothers, knowing that we will receive heavier judgment."* This faculty member will one day answer for his actions, but in the meantime, we must seek God’s justice and protection for you and your classmates.
First, we must address the fear you feel. Fear is a natural response to injustice, but God does not want His children to live in bondage to it. 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* We encourage you and your classmates to stand together in prayer and, if possible, seek wise counsel from trusted adults—parents, other faculty, or administrators—who can address this situation with the seriousness it deserves. Proverbs 31:8-9 exhorts us, *"Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are left desolate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy."* You are not powerless, even if it feels that way.
We also rebuke the inappropriate behavior this faculty member has displayed, particularly toward the young women in your class. His actions are not only unprofessional but sinful. Jesus spoke strongly against those who cause others to stumble, saying in Matthew 18:6, *"but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him that a huge millstone should be hung around his neck, and that he should be sunk in the depths of the sea."* We pray that God would convict this man’s heart and bring his wrongdoing to light, either through repentance or removal from his position.
Now, let us come before the Lord in prayer for you and your classmates:

Let Your justice prevail, Lord, and let Your name be glorified in this situation. Comfort these students with Your peace, reminding them that You are their refuge and strength. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen."*
We also want to gently remind you that your prayer should always be offered in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. John 14:6 declares, *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.’"* If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, for He alone can bring true peace and salvation.
In the meantime, do not lose hope. Psalm 37:5-6 assures us, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go out as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."* God sees your struggle, and He will act on your behalf. Stand firm in faith, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it.
