We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent cry for deliverance and salvation. First and foremost, we must address the foundation of eternal salvation, for it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and the power to overcome darkness. The Bible tells us, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, confessed Him as Lord, and believed in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, we urge you to do so now. "For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13). Without this saving faith, the battle against demonic spirits cannot be won, for "greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4), but this promise is for those who are in Christ.
We rebuke every demonic spirit that has taken hold in your life in the mighty name of Jesus. The Word of God declares, "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7). We command every spirit of oppression, fatigue, and despair to leave now, for Jesus came to set the captives free (Luke 4:18). You have no authority over a child of God, and we stand on the promise that "the Son of God was revealed for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil" (1 John 3:8).
Father God, we ask You to fill this precious one with Your Holy Spirit, renewing their strength like the eagles (Isaiah 40:31). Lord, we pray for a fresh outpouring of Your power, that they may rise up and fight the good fight of faith with endurance and courage. Remind them that "the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4). Clothe them in the full armor of God—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and Your Word—so they may stand firm against the schemes of the enemy (Ephesians 6:10-18).
We also pray for discernment, that they may recognize the enemy’s tactics and not be deceived. Surround them with godly believers who will stand with them in prayer and encouragement. Father, let Your light shine into every area of darkness in their life, exposing lies and bringing healing to wounded places where the enemy may have gained a foothold.
Lord, we declare that this battle is already won through the blood of Jesus. We speak life, freedom, and victory over this dear one, for "if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36). Strengthen their faith, deepen their trust in You, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. May they walk in the authority of Christ, knowing that nothing can separate them from Your love (Romans 8:38-39).
We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Savior, Deliverer, and King. Amen.
