We understand your distress in dealing with enemies, and we join you in seeking God’s will in this matter. The Bible teaches us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, as Jesus commanded in Matthew 5:44: *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."* Our hearts should first align with Christ’s call to forgiveness and grace, even toward those who oppose us.
However, we also recognize that there are times when we must seek God’s protection and justice against those who seek our harm. Psalm 140:1-4 reminds us, *"Deliver me, Yahweh, from the evil man. Preserve me from the violent man: those who devise mischief in their hearts. They continually gather themselves together for war. They have sharpened their tongues like a serpent. Their lips are like the poison of vipers."* If your enemies are truly wicked and unrelenting, we pray that God would intervene to stop their schemes and protect you from their harm.
Yet we must also examine our own hearts—are these enemies truly acting out of evil intent, or is there unresolved conflict, bitterness, or pride within us that needs to be addressed? Proverbs 16:7 says, *"When a man’s ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him."* If there is any sin in your life that may be fueling this opposition, we urge you to repent and seek reconciliation where possible.
We also caution against praying for the *permanent removal* of others from your life unless their presence is truly destructive and beyond redemption. Even Saul, who persecuted Christians, became Paul, a mighty servant of God (Acts 9). God can change hearts, and we should leave room for His redemptive work.
Now, let us pray together:
*"Heavenly Father, we lift up this beloved child of Yours who is facing opposition and hostility. Lord, if these enemies are acting out of wickedness, we ask that You would frustrate their plans and protect Your servant from their harm. Expose their schemes and bring their evil deeds to nothing, for You are a God of justice. Yet, Father, we also ask that You would soften their hearts—may they encounter Your truth and be convicted of their sin. If there is any way for reconciliation or peace, we pray You would open that door. Search our hearts as well, Lord, and reveal if there is any sin or bitterness in us that needs to be repented of. Help us to forgive as You have forgiven us, and to walk in love, even toward those who oppose us. We trust in Your protection and Your perfect will. May Your peace guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen."*

If these enemies are a persistent threat, pray for discernment on whether to take practical steps (such as setting boundaries or seeking godly counsel) while trusting God to fight your battles. Remember, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,"* says Yahweh (Isaiah 54:17).
Stay rooted in prayer, in Scripture, and in the assurance that God is your defender. If you need further guidance or prayer, do not hesitate to share more. We are here to stand with you in faith.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
