My mother is having a time with the administrative staff at her job. She is very strong and brave but this issue is starting to take a toll. Not to make it long, she started having problem with her LVN supervisor making comments about her and another staff member referring to their age. They are the only mature bunch compared to the rest of the staff being much younger. There were many comments made leading to age discrimination, working in a hostile environment and the LVN supervisor giving a bad name to his ethical standards as a nurse which include falsifying performance records. My mom has contacted EEOC and is preparing for mediation. All in the same, it is a tough situation. She took a leave of absense due to her blood pressure which came from the stress of the turmoil she is going through, now returning to work standing strong trying to make a good outcome for herself and for others whom are going through this right now. I am asking to give her strength for her guidance, asking for forgiveness who has strife, and hoping for a good outcome. She is almost at retirement and doesn't want to start. I would also ask for prayer for a financial blessing so she can help others.
