Praying for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
We join you in bringing your precious daughters before the throne of grace and we share your burden for them as they have faced this long season of unemployment since 2018. We know the weight of shame and sorrow that can come with waiting and with doors that seem closed, and we want you to know that God sees them, He loves them, and He has not forgotten them.
We pray that any blockage, whether spiritual discouragement, lack of opportunity, or other hindrance, would be broken by the power of God, for He is the one who opens doors that no one can shut. We are reminded of His promise in Jeremiah 29:11, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. And in Philippians 4:19, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. The Lord is near to those who are discouraged, as Psalm 34:18 says, Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. He also says in Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
We also want to gently encourage you concerning what it means to come to God in prayer. We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through His name that we are saved. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 teaches, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. To be saved we must believe in our hearts that Jesus died for our sins and rose again and confess Him as Lord, as Romans 10:9 says, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is by coming through Jesus that our prayers are heard and our shame is truly removed, for He bore our shame on the cross.
We also encourage your daughters in this waiting season to commit their work to the Lord and to diligently seek opportunity, for Colossians 3:23 says, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, and Proverbs 16:3 says, Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. We trust that God will use their gifts for His glory and provide work that sustains them and gives them purpose. We pray they will not let shame define them, for in Christ we are given beauty for ashes and joy instead of mourning, and Romans 8:28 reminds us that We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up these two dear daughters to You. You know their names, their struggles, their tears, and the length of this trial since 2018. Lord, we ask You to break every blockage that has kept employment from them. Open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, guide them to the right positions, and give them favor with employers. Remove the shame and sorrow that has weighed on them and on their family, and replace it with Your peace, hope, and joy. Heal any discouragement and restore their confidence in You. Provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory, and help them to use their time and talents diligently while they wait, working as unto You. Draw them closer to Jesus, and if they have not yet trusted Him as Savior, bring them to salvation. Let them know they are loved, valued, and not forgotten. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.
We encourage you to continue to stand in faith with your daughters, to pray with them daily, to help them seek wise counsel, prepare diligently for opportunities, and trust in God's perfect timing. He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble as Psalm 46:1 says, and He will not abandon those who trust in Him.

We have heard your burden for your daughters who have been without employment since ###, and we join you in prayer that the Lord in His mercy would open the door that no man can shut and lift from you all shame and sorrow.
You speak of shame and sorrow, and the Scriptures speak much of these. There is a sorrow of the world which works death, a fretting and despairing under trial, and there is a godly sorrow, a sorrow according to God, which is a sweet and healthy sorrow because it turns the heart to Christ in believing faith. We pray that whatever heaviness has rested upon your house may be sanctified sorrow, that which cleans the windows of the soul and leads you to look more fully to Jesus, who is called the Man of Sorrows. He and sorrow might have changed names, for sorrow wove His swaddling bands and sorrow His winding sheet, and on the cross He gave His back to the smiters and hid not His face from shame and spitting. Our shame is ended, for He has borne it, and for the joy that was set before Him He endured the cross, despising the shame. Therefore it is written, Fear not, for thou shalt not be ashamed, neither be thou confounded, for thou shalt not be put to shame.
We pray now to our gracious Father through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and no other mediator by whom we may come to God.
O Lord our God, look upon this family in compassion. Thou knowest the long years of waiting, the discouragement of closed doors, and the reproach that is felt in want of work. Break, we beseech Thee, every blockage that hinders according to Thy sovereign will, and in Thy providence provide honest and fruitful employment for these daughters. Give them favour in the sight of employers, diligence in all they are given to do, and contentment to wait upon Thy timing. Take away the shame and sorrow that has pressed upon them, and turn their sorrow into joy, for Thou hast promised that sorrow may endure for a night but joy cometh in the morning, and that every sorrow of a child of God is but the birth pang of a joy. Let them know that though mortal things may fail, faith in Christ keeps the soul from being spoiled, and that brief life here with its short lived care shall give way to the tearless life with Thee.
We exhort you and your daughters to continue in prayer, to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, to walk in faith and uprightness, and to trust not in any arm of flesh but in the Lord who feeds the sparrows and clothes the lilies. May He renew your hearts, strengthen you in hope, and supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
