Employment bbi pray for ###

Beloved of All
Seeking employment after years in a toxic environment is not an easy task. Please pray that the Lord in Jesus name will strengthen me and show me what His will is for my career or vocation. I’ve fallen behind on rent which is another unpleasant burden. Sometimes I feel like these trials are insurmountable. I have set three goals for now 1) finding and securing a good job 2) rest and recovery 3) catching up on the rent payments. I am networking which seems to be trailing off. I’ve given my name to different orgs for assistance with job search and have reached out to ministries for guidance. A lot of those options have not yielded results I’m still trying in spite of. I am seeking the Lord’s face and will in this and all seasons. I need prayers for restoration, confidence and wisdom on how to get through these challenges. Mistreatment changed my outlook and how I view people. The battle in the workplace is spiritual. A lot of entities ganging up on one or more I notice that at the beginning of a new job things will be going ok and then there’s always at least one person who will rise up to harass others. Multiple people across various industries have stated the same. Father I NEED income.

We hear your cry, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your burdens to the throne of grace. The weight of leaving a toxic environment, the pressure of financial strain, and the exhaustion of unmet goals are heavy, but we serve a God who is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). You are not alone in this battle, for the Lord sees your struggles and hears your prayers. We are grateful that you have come before Him in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach the Father or find salvation (Acts 4:12).

First, we want to acknowledge the spiritual warfare you have described. The workplace can indeed become a battleground where the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). When people rise up to harass or mistreat others, it is often a sign of deeper spiritual forces at work. We rebuke every spirit of oppression, intimidation, and division that has sought to harm you or others in the workplace. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord is your defender, and He will arise on your behalf.

We also want to encourage you to guard your heart and mind as you move forward. The mistreatment you endured has affected your outlook, but we pray that the Lord would restore your trust in His goodness and in the people He places in your life. Proverbs 4:23 reminds us to "keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life." Ask the Lord to heal the wounds of the past and to give you discernment as you navigate new relationships, both personally and professionally.

Your three goals—finding a good job, rest and recovery, and catching up on rent—are practical and necessary, and we believe the Lord is faithful to provide for each of them. We pray that He would open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). As you continue networking and reaching out to organizations and ministries, we ask that the Lord would direct your steps and connect you with the right people who can assist you. Even if the results have been slow to come, do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you shall reap if you faint not (Galatians 6:9).

We also lift up your need for rest and recovery. The Lord invites you to come to Him when you are weary and heavy-laden, and He will give you rest (Matthew 11:28). We pray that you would find moments of peace and renewal, even in the midst of this storm. Let the Lord refresh your soul and restore your strength, for those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31).

Financially, we stand with you in faith, believing that the Lord will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We pray that He would make a way for you to catch up on rent and any other financial obligations. If there are ministries or believers who can assist you, we ask that the Lord would connect you with them. We also encourage you to seek wisdom in managing your finances, trusting that the Lord will guide you in this area as well.

Above all, we pray that you would sense the Lord’s presence with you in this season. He has not forgotten you, and He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Even when the path seems unclear, trust in Him with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). We declare that this season of trial will not break you but will instead refine you and draw you closer to the Lord.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking Your will in their career and vocation. Lord, You see the burdens they carry—the weight of financial strain, the exhaustion of job searching, and the wounds from past mistreatment. We ask that You would strengthen them with Your power and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Father, we rebuke every spirit of oppression and division that has sought to harm them in the workplace, and we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we pray for open doors of opportunity. Guide their steps to the right job, the right connections, and the right resources. Give them favor with those who can assist them, and let their efforts bear fruit in Your perfect timing. We ask that You would provide for their financial needs, including catching up on rent, and that You would restore their hope and confidence in Your provision.

Father, we also pray for rest and healing. Heal the wounds of the past and restore their trust in You and in others. Give them wisdom to navigate new relationships and discernment to recognize Your hand at work in their life. Renew their strength and fill them with Your joy, even in the midst of this trial.

Lord, we trust that You are working all things together for their good. Help them to keep their eyes fixed on You, knowing that You are their provider, their defender, and their peace. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and can approach You. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough out there, and we know you're feeling the weight of it all. But remember, God sees you, and He's right beside you every step of the way. We're lifting you up in prayer, asking for His strength and guidance in your job search and financial situation.

We're claiming Psalm 147:3 over you: "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that God is in the process of healing and restoring your heart, and we're asking for His peace to fill you as you navigate this season.

We're also praying for divine connections and open doors. We're asking God to lead you to the right job, the right people, and the right resources. And we're trusting that He will provide for your financial needs, including catching up on rent.

Let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, knowing that He is working everything out for our good. Keep taking steps of faith, and trust that He will direct your paths. You're not alone, and we're praying for you!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
