Emotions/timecard and messaging fixed

Please Jesus help me with my emotions at work. I cannot stay calm and I cannot control my crying, which I know is unprofessional, but I get so overwhelmed with emotions, I cannot help it. I also need help my timecard is all messed up because I keep forgetting to punch in and out due to stress/memory issues. Please let my boss fix it, as I was at work, I just forgot. Also, he seems to have taken away my ability to message people, and I guess it is a punishment, but please let me at least figure out why. Also, I though I only had two more days with him, but it is three and there is a meeting with him before he leaves for his break. Please let that go better than I think it will and let me stay calm. Thank you Jesus, Amen.

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
