Emotional Healing And Now Physical Needed

I've been in the past few years in a roller coaster of emotional problems and hit bottom 6 months ago. Now in this season of grief and depression I've been getting sick and ill and now I'm even worse mentally. I feel awful and it's hard to work. I'm separated from friendship and can barely take care of myself. I'm cracking up. I need God to touch me right now. Please pray I get well quick and that Jesus would lift me out of despair. In Jesus name I pray Amen
