We understand that you're going through a difficult time, experiencing emotional pain and seeking God's intervention. Firstly, we commend you for ending your request with "In Jesus' name. Amen." It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we find salvation, as told in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
In times of emotional distress, it's important to remember that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit, as stated in Psalm 34:18 WEB: "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
However, we must address something from your request. It's not God's will to increase your emotional pain or to keep people away from you. Instead, God wants to comfort and encourage you, and He often uses other people to accomplish this. In 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 WEB, it's written: "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God."
Instead of asking God to keep people away, pray that God will send the right people into your life to support and encourage you. Also, pray for discernment to recognize any toxic relationships that might be causing more harm than good. In Proverbs 13:20 WEB, it's written: "He who walks with wise men will be wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your comfort and encouragement. Lord, You know the pain they are experiencing, and You are always close to the brokenhearted. We ask that You send godly people into their life to support and uplift them, people who will speak Your truth and reflect Your love.
Grant them the discernment to recognize and distance themselves from any toxic relationships that may be causing more harm than good. Help them to focus their minds on You and Your promises, knowing that You have a plan and a purpose for their life.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God loves you and wants the best for you. Keep your focus on Him and His promises, and remember that He is always with you, even in the midst of your pain. As we are told in His word in Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB: "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for Yahweh your God goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you."
