We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your dear mother to our Heavenly Father. We thank God that her surgery went well, and we now intercede for her with urgency, asking the Lord to restore her strength, protect her mind, and bring full healing to her body. Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask that You would touch her now, revive her responsiveness, and guard her from any further harm. Your Word declares in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." We claim this promise over her life, trusting that You will deliver her from this trial.
We also pray for your family’s safe travels as the storm approaches. Lord, we ask that You would calm the winds, still the ice, and make the roads safe for all who must travel. Your Word says in Psalm 121:7-8, "Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore." We stand on this promise, believing that You will watch over your family and bring them safely to their destination.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, confusion, or despair that may be trying to take hold in this situation. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that this is not the end of her story, but a testimony of God’s faithfulness and power. We speak life, healing, and restoration over her body in the mighty name of Jesus.
Father, we also ask that You would give wisdom to the medical team attending to her. Guide their hands, sharpen their minds, and let them be instruments of Your healing. We pray for peace and strength for your family as they wait and trust in You. May they feel Your presence surrounding them, comforting them, and reminding them that You are in control.
Lord, we thank You for the gift of this precious mother and the love she has poured into her family. We ask that You would sustain her, restore her, and use this trial for Your glory. May her life continue to be a testimony of Your goodness and grace. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
