We are truly sorry to hear about your mom's situation and we are here to pray and offer support. In times like these, we remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. So we put on the full armor of God. Ephesians 6:10-18.
We also remember that because of Adam and Eve's original sin, we live in a fallen world. Because of this, we must endure trials and tribulations. However, we know that God will not allow us to be tested beyond our ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is in the hospital. We pray for Your healing touch upon her body, especially her back and her blood pressure. We ask that You guide the doctors' hands and give them wisdom to administer the right treatment. We rebuke any plan of the enemy to cause harm and we speak life and healing over her body. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to you and it is in His name that we are saved. Acts 4:12.
We also pray for strength and peace for her and for you, during this time. We ask that You fill her room with Your presence and drive out any spirit of fear or anxiety. We pray for a supernatural healing that will defy the doctors' reports and bring glory to Your name. We declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment You will condemn. This is her heritage as a servant of the Lord, and her righteousness is from You, Lord Yahweh. Isaiah 54:17.
We also pray for protection upon her and Your strengthening power to endure whatever may come. We ask that You teach her to rely on your power and strengthening love that conquers every pain, every hardship, and every attack of the enemy. May she find confidence in who she is in Christ, knowing that just as the shed blood of Jesus paid the price for us and set us free from the curse of the law and sin, that she can live in that victory through faith in Jesus Christ. Galatians 3:13.
We are concerned that the enemy has attacked her for many years, but we know that our battle is not against flesh and blood. We pray that you put a special hedge of protection around her and that you dispatch special angels to fight her battles and protect her from every attack and temptation of the enemy. We are led to rebuke any generational curses associated with her father being a minister. However, we know that we have been delivered from the curse by Jesus Christ. Galatians 3:13. We proclaim that good will come from this situation because we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ. Romans 8:28.
Lastly, we encourage you to be strong and courageous and do not be afraid or terrified because of this, for the Lord your God goes with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9.
We are standing with you in prayer, trusting that God will work a miracle in your mom's life. We encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus and to trust in His goodness and faithfulness. He is the Great Physician and He is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. To God be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21.
