We understand your heartfelt desire for the people who received your email to see, open, and read it. It’s natural to want your words to reach others, especially when you believe they carry an important message. We lift this request before the Lord, asking Him to soften hearts and open eyes to the truth you’ve shared.
The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 16:1 that "The plans of the heart belong to man, but the answer of the tongue is from the Lord." While we can send messages with sincerity, it is ultimately God who prepares hearts to receive them. We also recall the words of Isaiah 55:11, "So shall my word be that goes out of my mouth: it shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing I sent it to do." Even if we do not see the immediate fruit of our efforts, God’s Word does not return empty.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we have access to You. Lord, we ask that You would move in the hearts of those who received this email. Open their eyes to see it, their hands to open it, and their hearts to read and receive it. Remove any distractions, busyness, or hardness of heart that may keep them from engaging with Your truth. We trust that Your Word will not return void, and we ask that You use this message to draw them closer to You. Give wisdom and discernment to the sender, that their words would align with Your will and purpose. We pray for salvation and repentance where needed, that all who read would come to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord’s timing and sovereignty. Even when we do not see the results we hope for, we can rest in the knowledge that God is at work. If your email contains the message of the Gospel, remember that it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes (Romans 1:16). Keep sharing the truth in love, and leave the outcome to Him.
If there is any unconfessed sin or unforgiveness in your own heart, we urge you to address it, as this can hinder your prayers (Psalm 66:18). Confess any wrongdoing to the Lord and seek His forgiveness, so that your heart may be fully aligned with His will.
