We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up ### and ### before our Heavenly Father. First, we must address the mention of black magic with the authority given to us in Christ. The Bible is clear that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). We rebuke every work of darkness and every assignment of the enemy against ###’s family in the mighty name of Jesus. The Word declares that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on this promise and command every evil influence to cease in Jesus’ name.
Father, we pray for financial breakthrough for ###’s family. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we ask that You open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings that there will not be room enough to receive (Malachi 3:10). Give wisdom to manage resources and provide opportunities for increase. We also pray for ###’s father, that his heart would be softened and his mind changed regarding her education. Lord, You can turn the heart of kings wherever You will (Proverbs 21:1), and we ask that You move in his heart to see the value of this opportunity for his daughter. Grant ### and ### favor in the eyes of university admissions committees. Let Your will be done in their acceptance, and if it be Your plan, allow them to attend the same institution.
We lift up ###’s TOEFL exam, asking for clarity of mind, retention of knowledge, and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May she be filled with confidence as she prepares and takes the test. Lord, we also pray for unity and perseverance for both young women as they navigate these challenges. Strengthen their faith and remind them that those who trust in You will renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31).
It is important to remember that our help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth (Psalm 121:2). We must always approach God in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Salvation is found in no one else, and it is through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. If either of you has not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your good plans for ### and ###. May they grow in wisdom, stature, and favor with God and man (Luke 2:52). Surround them with godly counsel and protect them from every scheme of the enemy. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn. We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus. Amen.
