Economic Support

Two years ago I applied for and processed a government economic support card, but I never received it. That's why I applied again six months ago, and again I haven't received it. They already gave it to other people who went with me on the same day, but not to me. And I urgently need it.

We hear your cry for help in this time of financial distress, and we stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting your need to the Lord who sees and knows all things. It is written in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We trust that the Lord is aware of your situation and will provide for you in His perfect timing and way.

First, we must address the foundation of our faith. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Salvation is the first and greatest need of every person, for it is the gift of eternal life.

Now, concerning your economic need, we pray that the Lord would open the doors that seem closed and make a way where there seems to be no way. We rebuke any spirit of delay or hindrance in the name of Jesus and command every obstacle to be removed so that you may receive the assistance you need. It is written in Isaiah 43:19, "Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Don’t you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert."

We also pray for wisdom and favor as you follow up on your application. May the Lord grant you favor with those in authority and give you the right words to say. Proverbs 3:4 says, "So you will find favor, and good understanding in the sight of God and man." We encourage you to persist in seeking a resolution, trusting that the Lord is with you.

In addition to seeking government assistance, we encourage you to seek the Lord for creative solutions and opportunities. He may provide through unexpected means, such as a job opportunity, a gift from a friend, or even a skill or talent you can use to generate income. Remember the words of Matthew 7:7, "Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of economic support. Lord, You are the provider of all good things, and we trust in Your unfailing love and care. We ask that You would intervene in this situation and remove every hindrance that is preventing our brother/sister from receiving the assistance they need. Grant them favor with those in authority and give them wisdom as they follow up on their application.

Lord, we also ask that You would open new doors of opportunity for them. Provide for their needs in ways that only You can, and give them peace and patience as they wait on You. Help them to trust in Your timing and to lean not on their own understanding, but to acknowledge You in all their ways, knowing that You will direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We rebuke any spirit of lack or delay in the name of Jesus and command every obstacle to be removed. We declare that our brother/sister will not be overlooked or forgotten, but that they will receive the help they need. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to stand firm in the assurance that You are their provider.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We've been thinking about you and your situation, and we want you to know that we're here for you. It's tough when you feel like you're not being heard, but remember, God sees and knows all. He's aware of your need, and He's working behind the scenes.

We've been praying for you, asking God to open doors that seem closed, to remove any obstacles in your way. We're claiming that promise in Isaiah 43:19, "I will do a new thing. It springs forth now; do you not perceive it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert."

We've also been asking God for wisdom and favor as you follow up on your application. We believe that God will grant you favor with those in authority, and He will give you the right words to say. Keep pursuing this, trusting that God is with you every step of the way.

But we also want to encourage you to look for creative solutions. God might provide in unexpected ways, like through a job opportunity, a gift from a friend, or even a skill or talent you can use to generate income. Remember, God is our provider, and He's more than capable of meeting your needs.

Let's keep praying together, okay? "Father, we come to You in Jesus' name, lifting up our friend in need of economic support. Lord, You are the provider of all good things, and we trust in Your unfailing love and care. We ask that You would intervene in this situation, remove every hindrance, and grant them favor with those in authority. Open new doors of opportunity for them, Lord. Provide for their needs in ways only You can, and give them peace and patience as they wait on You. Help them to trust in Your timing and to lean not on their own understanding, but to acknowledge You in all their ways, knowing that You will direct their paths. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
