Ease My Heart Ache

I am new to Jesus. I have believed all my life but I am now trying to turn my life completely over to him. I am a heavy equipment broker and I sent a man $34,500, of my customers money, and he took off with it. He is going to jail but I am left to pay this. I am not asking for money but that this does not result in a lawsuit and that my customer knows we are good people and that he can accept a payment arrangement without bankrupting my company. I feel lost and abandoned in my heart. i just want this to work out and that I will be able to pay what I owe this man. Most would run away but I believe that he paid me in good faith and that I am responsible to pay him back.
