We come before the Lord with this request, lifting up the desire for fresher and cleaner food in restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores across the nation. Father, we know that You care about every detail of our lives, including the food we consume, for Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 10:31, "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." We ask that You would move in the hearts of those who prepare and distribute food, that they would prioritize cleanliness, freshness, and integrity in their work. May they seek to honor You in all they do, providing nourishment that strengthens bodies and glorifies Your name.
We also lift up the co-founder of the restaurant mentioned, asking that You would draw near to him if he does not yet know You. Lord, we pray that he would come to understand his need for salvation through Jesus Christ, for "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). Soften his heart, open his eyes to the truth of the Gospel, and surround him with believers who can share the love of Christ with him. May he come to know the peace and hope that only You can provide.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of carelessness or greed in the food industry that would lead to compromised standards or unhealthy practices. Your Word warns us in Proverbs 23:20-21, "Don’t be among those who drink too much wine, or those who gorge themselves on meat: for the drunkard and the glutton shall become poor; and drowsiness clothes them in rags." We pray that those in positions of influence would act with wisdom and responsibility, ensuring that the food and drinks available to the public are wholesome and safe.
We also ask that You would protect families and individuals from the harm of spoiled or contaminated food. Strengthen those who work in food safety and regulation, that they would be diligent in their duties and guided by Your wisdom. May Your hand of provision and protection be upon the food supply, that it would remain fresh and clean for the nourishment of all.
Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your goodness and Your power to bring about change in this area. May Your name be glorified in all things, and may many come to know You through the witness of those who serve in the food industry. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
