We hear your heartfelt plea and stand with you in seeking God’s strength and deliverance. The struggle with lustful thoughts and the temptation to gaze inappropriately at others is a real battle, one that many believers face. Scripture is clear that our eyes are a gateway to the heart, and what we fix our gaze upon can lead us into sin. Jesus Himself warned, *"But I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart"* (Matthew 5:28 WEB). This is not just about outward actions but the condition of our hearts before God.
We must also address the mention of the "evil eye" and demons. While spiritual warfare is real, we must be careful not to attribute every struggle to demonic influence alone. The Bible teaches that our flesh is weak, and we are called to take every thought captive to obey Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5 WEB). This means actively renewing our minds with God’s Word and fleeing from temptation. The enemy may seek to exploit our weaknesses, but greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4 WEB). True deliverance comes through repentance, accountability, and walking in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that without You, we can do nothing. We lift up our brother who is struggling with impure thoughts and the temptation to lust. Lord, we ask that You would create in him a clean heart and renew a right spirit within him (Psalm 51:10 WEB). Strengthen him to flee from youthful lusts and to pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who call on You out of a pure heart (2 Timothy 2:22 WEB).
Father, we rebuke every spirit of lust and temptation that seeks to ensnare him. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB) and that he is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves him (Romans 8:37 WEB). Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may walk in purity and holiness, setting his mind on things above, not on earthly things (Colossians 3:2 WEB).
Lord, we also pray for accountability in his life. Surround him with godly men who will encourage him, challenge him, and pray for him. Help him to guard his eyes, his heart, and his thoughts, fixing them on You alone. May he find his satisfaction in You, for You are the only One who can truly fulfill the longings of his heart.
We thank You, Father, for Your grace and mercy, which are new every morning. We trust in Your power to deliver and transform. May our brother walk in victory, not by his own strength, but by the power of Your Spirit. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Memorize verses like Job 31:1 WEB, where Job made a covenant with his eyes not to gaze upon a young woman. Seek out fellowship with other believers who can support you in this journey. Consider fasting as a way to draw closer to God and weaken the hold of temptation. Remember, God is faithful, and He will provide a way of escape in every temptation (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB).
