We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, recognizing the weight of sin and the need for repentance. Your request, though brief, carries the cry of a soul seeking forgiveness. Let us first address the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We are so grateful that you included His holy name in your plea, for it is the name above all names, the only name that brings salvation and forgiveness.
The Bible tells us in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
