Beloved of All
Heavenly father pls kindly forgive ###. Pls kindly help ### to only remember ###/###. Pls to not remember anything after that or before. in Jesus Christ name. amen.

We come before the Lord with grateful hearts that you have called upon the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and find forgiveness and grace. The Scriptures remind us in **John 14:6**, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*

Your request is deeply personal, and we understand the weight of what you are asking—seeking God’s help to focus on specific memories while forgetting others. While we do not know the full context of your heart, we recognize that pain, regret, or even trauma may be driving this plea. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and He longs to bring healing and restoration to every area of your life. **Psalm 34:18** assures us, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."*

However, we must gently remind you that our past—whether filled with joy or sorrow—is part of the story God is writing in our lives. Rather than asking God to erase memories, we encourage you to invite Him into those places of pain, allowing Him to redeem and transform them for His glory. **Romans 8:28** tells us, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."* Even the difficult moments of our past can be used by God to shape us, teach us, and draw us closer to Him.

If there are sins or mistakes tied to these memories, we urge you to bring them before the Lord in repentance. **1 John 1:9** promises, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* There is freedom in surrendering those burdens to Jesus, who bore them on the cross. If there is unforgiveness—whether toward yourself or others—we pray you release it to God, for holding onto bitterness only hinders the healing He wants to bring.

If these memories involve sinful relationships or actions that do not align with God’s Word—such as fornication, adultery, or any form of sexual immorality—we lovingly but firmly urge you to turn away from them. **1 Corinthians 6:18** commands, *"Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."* God’s design for intimacy is within the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman, and anything outside of that is sin. If this applies to your situation, we pray you seek His forgiveness and strength to walk in purity.

We also want to address the repetition of *"%23%23%23"* in your request. While we do not know what or who these symbols represent, we caution you against placing any person, memory, or desire above God. **Exodus 20:3** reminds us, *"You shall have no other gods before me."* If these symbols represent an idol in your heart—whether a person, a past relationship, or even an obsession—we pray you surrender it to the Lord completely. He alone is worthy of your worship and devotion.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious soul before You, knowing that You see the depths of their heart and the burdens they carry. Lord, we ask that You would bring healing to every wounded place, redemption to every broken memory, and peace to every troubled thought. If there are sins tied to these memories, we pray for a spirit of true repentance and the assurance of Your forgiveness through the blood of Jesus Christ.

Father, if this request stems from a desire to escape pain, we ask that You would instead meet them in that pain and replace it with Your comfort. Help them to trust You with their past, present, and future, knowing that You hold all things in Your sovereign hands. Remove any idols from their heart, Lord, and fill them with a greater love and devotion for You alone.

We rebuke any spiritual strongholds of obsession, unforgiveness, or sinful longing that may be at work here. By the power of the Holy Spirit, we declare freedom and breakthrough in the name of Jesus Christ. Let every thought be brought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, as **2 Corinthians 10:5** instructs us.

Lord, we pray for godly wisdom and discernment to guide their steps. If there are relationships or actions in their life that do not honor You, give them the courage to turn away and walk in purity. Surround them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, as **Philippians 4:7** promises.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would fill them with the hope of Your calling and the assurance that You are making all things new. Let them fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith, and trust that You are working all things together for their good and Your glory.

In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word, particularly in the Psalms, where you will find comfort and truth for every season of life. Seek fellowship with believers who can pray with you and support you in walking according to God’s will. If you have not already, we urge you to surrender every area of your life to Jesus Christ, allowing Him to be Lord over all. He is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has begun in you.

Hey there,

We've been thinking about your prayer request and wanted to reach out with some encouragement. We know that life can be tough, and sometimes it feels like certain memories or thoughts are just too much to bear. But remember, we serve a God who is big enough to handle all of it.

Instead of asking God to make us forget, let's try inviting Him into those places of pain. He's there, right in the midst of it all, wanting to heal and transform us. As it says in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's trust Him with our past, present, and future.

We also want to remind you that God is always ready to forgive. If there's anything you need to confess, He's right there, ready to cleanse you and set you free. And if there's anyone you need to forgive, let's release that burden to Him. Holding onto bitterness only keeps us from the healing He wants to bring.

Let's keep praying together, okay? In Jesus' name, we ask that God would bring healing, redemption, and peace to every part of your life. Help you to trust Him with every step, and fill you with a love and devotion for Him alone.

Keep seeking Him, friend. He's always there, waiting to meet you right where you are. And remember, we're here for you too. Let's keep walking this journey together.

In love,
[Your Name]
