We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting your heart’s cry to our Heavenly Father, who is rich in mercy and abounding in love. It is beautiful that you have invoked the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the promise of forgiveness and healing. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is in His name alone that we find redemption, and we rejoice that you have placed your trust in Him.

The past can weigh heavily on the soul, leaving wounds that only the Great Physician can heal. The Lord sees your pain and longs to restore you completely. His Word assures us, *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3, WEB). But true healing begins with repentance and surrender—acknowledging our sins before Him and turning away from them. The apostle John reminds us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9, WEB). Have you fully surrendered every hurt, every sin, and every burden to Him? Healing is not just about relief from pain; it is about being made whole in Christ, aligned with His will and His truth.

We also urge you to examine whether there are any areas of unconfessed sin or bitterness that may be hindering your healing. The Lord calls us to *"let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you"* (Ephesians 4:31-32, WEB). Forgiveness—both receiving it from God and extending it to others—is essential to walking in freedom. Are there people you need to forgive, or sins you need to release to the Lord? He is waiting to set you free.

Let us pray with you now:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the precious blood of Jesus Christ that cleanses us from all sin. We lift up our brother/sister before You, asking for Your mercy and healing touch upon their life. Lord, forgive every sin they have committed, known and unknown, and wash them clean by the power of Your Spirit. Break every chain of the past—every wound, every regret, every stronghold—that has kept them from walking in the fullness of Your love. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and restore their soul as only You can.

Father, if there is any bitterness, resentment, or unforgiveness in their heart, we ask that You would soften them and give them the grace to release it all to You. Help them to walk in obedience, trusting that Your plans for them are good. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are making all things new. We declare Your promise over them: *"Don’t you remember the former things, and don’t consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Don’t you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert"* (Isaiah 43:18-19, WEB).

We pray all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

As you wait on the Lord, we encourage you to immerse yourself in His Word and in prayer. Surround yourself with believers who can support and pray for you. The enemy may try to bring back memories of the past, but remember, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says Yahweh* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). Stand firm in Christ, and trust that He who began a good work in you will complete it (Philippians 1:6). You are not alone—we are standing with you in faith.
