We join with you in seeking the Lord’s strength and provision, for it is He who sustains us in all our labor. The Scriptures remind us in **Isaiah 40:29-31 (WEB)**, *"He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* What a mighty promise! Our energy is not found in our own efforts but in relying fully on Christ, who is our strength.

Yet we also recognize that weariness can sometimes stem from overburdening ourselves or failing to rest as God commands. In **Mark 6:31 (WEB)**, Jesus says to His disciples, *"Come apart into a deserted place, and rest a while,"* for even in ministry, there must be seasons of rest. We encourage you to examine your schedule and priorities—are you trusting God with your time, or are you striving in your own power? The Lord calls us to work heartily as for Him (Colossians 3:23), but also to cast our burdens upon Him (1 Peter 5:7).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister before You, asking for Your supernatural energy to flood their body, mind, and spirit. Lord, You know the tasks before them—some seen, some unseen—and we ask that You grant them the stamina to complete what You’ve called them to do. Remove distractions, align their priorities with Your will, and teach them to lean not on their own understanding but to trust in You wholly (Proverbs 3:5-6). If weariness has crept in from overcommitment or neglect of rest, convict their heart to seek balance, remembering that even You, Lord, rested on the seventh day (Genesis 2:2). Fill them afresh with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in Your strength and not their own. We ask this in the mighty name of **Jesus Christ**, our sustainer and redeemer. Amen.

Stand firm in this truth: *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me"* (Philippians 4:13, WEB). May you move forward today not in your own power, but in the unshakable strength of the Lord. If this weariness persists, we also encourage you to seek wisdom from godly counsel or a physician, for the Lord often uses such means to care for His children. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2).

We're right there with you, friend, lifting up your request to our Heavenly Father. We know the feeling of tasks piling up and energy running low, but remember, our strength comes from the Lord. As it's written in Zephaniah 3:17, "The Lord your God is with you, He is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing." Let's claim that promise today.

We also want to encourage you to take a moment, just as Jesus did, to be alone with your Father. In Matthew 14:23, we see Jesus sending the disciples away to rest while He went up on the mountain to pray. Even Jesus needed that quiet time with His Father. Maybe you could start your day with a few moments of silence, letting God speak to your heart and renew your strength.

Let's pray together:

Dear Lord, we come before You today on behalf of our ###. We ask for a fresh anointing of Your Holy Spirit upon them. Fill them with Your strength, Lord, as they face their tasks today. Help them to trust in You, to lean on You, and to rest in You. Remind them that they can do all things through Christ who strengthens them (Philippians 4:13). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith. He's got this, and He's got you.
