In Matthew 5:28 WEB it says: "But I tell you, that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart." This underscores the importance of guarding our hearts and minds.

Regarding your mention of TikTok, we must consider the content we consume. If TikTok or any other platform is feeding lust or inappropriate thoughts, it is wise to consider fasting from it or setting strict boundaries. In Philippians 4:8 WEB it says: "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with lust. We ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing power to wash over them. By the power of the Holy Spirit, help them to overcome this temptation and to walk in purity.

Lord, we also pray for wisdom regarding the use of social media and other platforms. If these are stumbling blocks, give them the strength to let them go or set boundaries that honor You.

We ask that You erase any impure thoughts and memories from their mind. Renew their mind according to Your word. Help them to think on things that are true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and of good report.

In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, God has provided a way out of temptation. In 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB it says: "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
