We understand that you are seeking forgiveness from our Heavenly Father. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in the WEB, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12
We are called to confess our sins to Him, as it says in WEB, 1 John 1:9: "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." It is important to specifically acknowledge and confess our sins in prayer.
Let us pray together for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our fellow believer. We are bound by the core message of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We confess the sins that have been committed and seek your forgiveness. We know that "all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God;" Romans 3:23 (WEB). We ask for forgiveness for all wrongs and declare deliverance from these sins in Jesus' name.
Father, we also ask that you fill our hearts with your Holy Spirit, guiding and directing our paths. Help us to live lives that are pleasing to you, turning away from sin and embracing righteousness.
Thank you, Father, for your unending mercy and grace. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
As you continue in your walk with God, remember the importance of confessing your sins. Do not hold back but bring them openly and honestly before Him. And remember that confessing is not enough, it is important to be intentional about forsaking our sins and turning from them.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus.
