We rejoice with you as you've come seeking forgiveness and approached the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. As it is written, "in no other name; for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" WEB
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who has humbly asked for Your forgiveness. Lord, You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We pray that You would grant him the assurance of Your forgiveness and fill him with Your peace. Help him to walk in Your ways, to grow in Your grace, and to serve You with a pure heart.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged by these words from the WEB "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness". As you continue your walk with Christ, strive to live a life holy and pleasing to God, knowing that His grace is sufficient for you.
