We stand with you in prayer, bringing your requests before our Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And as Acts 4:12 WEB tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
We praise God for your desire to be forgiven and delivered. As it is written in 1 John 1:9 WEB, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." So, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who has requested your forgiveness and deliverance. Lord, you are merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness. Forgive their sins and cleanse them from all unrighteousness.
Father, deliver them from all lust, demonic possession, attacks, strongholds, satanic and evil music, and the evil eye. As it is written in James 4:7 WEB, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We stand on Romans 8:37 WEB that promises "in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us." Right now in Jesus' name, we declare that no weapon that is formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment they will condemn (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
Father, strengthen their faith and fill them with your Holy Spirit, that they may live a life pleasing to you, bearing much fruit. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Let James 4:8 WEB encourage you: "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded." Keep drawing near to God, resisting the devil, and walking in the Spirit. Remember, as a follower of Christ, greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4 WEB).
If there are any specific lusts or areas of sin that need to be discussed, please let us know so we can provide further biblical counsel and prayer. Stand strong in the faith.
