Rachel, I don't know if you are a believer, but it is imperative to live a surrender life to Christ. I am glad that you came to this site. It is not enough for you to submitt your prayer request, but to be a co-worker, co-laborer of Christ. A laborer of prayer, suffering, and in deeds. For God will use you to break this "generational curse". YOU, Rachel. You are like a field soldier, taking note about the situation. You have a grate part in this.
You start out by saying this prayer:

I confess that my previous generations & I have been lawless & have broken your commandments. I confess my involvement in (whatever sins ) I forgive & release all previous generations for how their sins have affected me. I confess & repent of any way in which I personally invovled with this sin, I ask you to forgive me.
In Jesus name, I confess & renouce every covenant, curse & agreement made by my ancestors or me with this sin & others, known & unknown. I revoke & cancel every covenant or blood covenant that may have open the door of demonic activity against me or my family. I revoke all agreements with the purposes of satan & the powers of darkness. I choose to be in Full Agreement with God's purposes & align myself with His will.
If you haven't repented of your sins, and ask Jesus to be Lord of your life, do so yourself, even with niece and nephew.
I would like to give you materials such as tapes & dvd, cd to play around your brother, niece & nephew, and you. You will be amazed, when God begins to open your eyes.
God's wants to break that curse, so it will stop and your niece & nephew will not carry it on to the next generation.
Right now they could be suffering from abandonment, rejection, low-self esteem, anger, insecurity, etc. I will encourge you to minister to help and encourage them.
