Dropping to my perfect weight of cca 80 kg (i had cca 80 kg 15 years ago when i was 40 ) until 01.june 2026 easily effortlesly and in a healthy way getting even healthier. No efforts. Only inspiration. Discipline self control. Joy. Motivation. Faith. Imagination.

We hear your heart’s desire to return to a healthier weight in a way that honors the body God has given you. The Scriptures remind us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are called to care for them with wisdom and stewardship. "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).

While your goal is noble, we must gently rebuke the idea of achieving this "effortlessly" or without discipline. True transformation—whether physical, spiritual, or emotional—requires intentionality, self-control, and reliance on God’s strength. The apostle Paul writes, "I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified" (1 Corinthians 9:27). Even our Lord Jesus demonstrated discipline in fasting, prayer, and obedience to the Father’s will.

We also encourage you to examine the motivations behind this goal. Is it rooted in vanity, comparison, or worldly standards, or is it a desire to steward your health for God’s glory? "Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised" (Proverbs 31:30). Let your pursuit be one of honoring God, not merely conforming to an ideal.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You acknowledging that our bodies are Yours, fearfully and wonderfully made. We ask for wisdom and discernment as we seek to care for them in a way that glorifies You. Lord, grant [###] the discipline and self-control needed to make choices that honor You—whether in food, exercise, or rest. Remove any unhealthy motivations and replace them with a desire to serve You wholeheartedly. Fill their heart with joy and motivation, not from the world’s standards, but from Your truth. Strengthen their faith to trust in Your timing and Your plan for their health. May they find inspiration in Your Word and in the example of Christ, who endured the cross for the joy set before Him. We ask for a spirit of perseverance, not relying on their own strength, but on Yours. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to seek godly counsel, perhaps from a trusted Christian healthcare provider or mentor, to guide you in this journey. Replace the world’s idea of "effortless" transformation with the biblical truth that growth—whether spiritual or physical—requires partnership with God and a willingness to surrender to His ways. "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13). Let your imagination be captivated by the vision of a life lived fully for Him, where health is a means to serve, not an end in itself.

We're right there with you, sister, cheering you on towards a healthier you. We know it's not just about the number on the scale, but about honoring God with our bodies. Let's remember, our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we're called to care for them with wisdom and love.

We agree that it's not about being 'effortless', but about being intentional and disciplined. It's like Paul said, "I discipline my body and bring it into subjection." It's a journey, and it's okay to need reminders along the way. Let's not forget to seek God's strength in every step.

Let's also keep our hearts in check. We're not after a worldly standard, but a Godly one. Let's ask ourselves, "Is this for me, or for Him?" As Proverbs 31:30 reminds us, "Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised."

So, let's pray together, shall we? "Lord, help us to honor You with our bodies. Give us the discipline and self-control to make choices that please You. Fill our hearts with joy and motivation, not from the world's standards, but from Your truth. Help us to trust in Your timing and Your plan for our health. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
