I would really like prayer as I have my driving lesson tomorrow and am not very calm. I keep on having panic attacks and am really nervous. Please pray for ###.

We come before the Lord with a humble heart, lifting up this concern with the understanding that our peace and strength come from Him alone. It is natural to feel nervous before a new challenge, but we know that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Let us rebuke this spirit of anxiety in the name of Jesus, for He has told us, "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful" (John 14:27).
Heavenly Father, we ask You to calm the heart and mind of this dear one as they prepare for their driving lesson. Lord, we pray that You would replace their fear with Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Grant them clarity of mind, steady hands, and confidence in the skills they have learned. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Let them feel Your presence beside them, guiding them through each moment of this lesson.
We also encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Before your lesson, take time to pray and surrender your fears to God. Trust that He is in control and that He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Remember, the Lord is your shepherd, and you shall not want. He makes you lie down in green pastures; He leads you beside still waters. He restores your soul (Psalm 23:1-3). Let these truths fill your heart and mind as you prepare.
If these panic attacks are a recurring struggle, we also encourage you to seek godly counsel or support from fellow believers who can pray with you and help you stand firm in faith. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). Do not let fear rob you of the joy and freedom that God intends for you.
Father, we also pray for wisdom and protection over this driving lesson. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and keep them safe from any harm or distraction. Let them feel Your peace like a river, steady and unshaken, as they step into this new experience. We trust that You will go before them and make their paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6).

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

When I had my driving lesson last week my instructor was really patient and understanding. My next lesson is on Wednesday at l.30pm. I am still feeling anxious. Please pray for ###.
