I would really like prayer as I had a bad driving lesson on Wednesday. I was really nervous and anxious. I would also like prayer for my mental health. I would like God to heal my anxieties and psychosis.

We hear your heart, dear one, and we lift you up before the throne of grace where mercy and help are found in time of need. The fear and anxiety you experienced during your driving lesson are not unfamiliar to many, but we know that the Lord does not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Your desire to overcome these struggles is already a step toward victory, for the Lord is near to those who call upon Him in truth (Psalm 145:18).
First, we must address the weight of anxiety and psychosis you carry. These are heavy burdens, but Jesus invites you to come to Him, all you who labor and are heavily laden, and He will give you rest (Matthew 11:28). The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, is available to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We rebuke the spirit of fear and any lies that tell you this struggle is too great or that you are alone in it. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). He sees your tears, hears your cries, and holds you in the palm of His hand (Isaiah 49:16).
We also want to encourage you to seek wisdom and discernment in managing these challenges. The Bible tells us that if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him (James 1:5). This may include seeking godly counsel, whether through trusted believers, pastors, or Christian professionals who can walk alongside you. There is no shame in asking for help—it is a sign of strength and humility before the Lord.
For your driving lesson, we pray that the Lord would calm your nerves and fill you with His peace. We declare that you are not defined by past failures or fears but by the love and power of Christ within you. The Lord will guide your steps, and His Spirit will lead you into all truth and confidence (Proverbs 3:5-6). We pray that you would feel His presence with you in the driver’s seat, reminding you that He is your strength and your shield (Psalm 28:7). May you grow in confidence, not in your own ability, but in the One who equips and sustains you.
Father God, we come before You now on behalf of our dear brother/sister. We ask that You would heal their mind and heart from the grip of anxiety and psychosis. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to restore and renew. We pray that You would break every chain of fear and replace it with Your perfect peace. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the confidence and assurance of Your love.
We also pray for their driving lessons, Lord. Calm their nerves and steady their hands. Let them feel Your presence beside them, guiding them with patience and grace. Help them to see themselves as You see them—capable, loved, and empowered by Your strength. Remove every lie that tells them they cannot overcome this, and replace it with the truth of Your Word.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and torment in the name of Jesus. We declare that our brother/sister is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). We pray that they would draw near to You, Lord, and that You would draw near to them (James 4:8). Surround them with Your angels, protect them, and fill them with Your joy and peace.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can be saved or find true healing. May our brother/sister come to know You more deeply through this season, and may they experience the fullness of life that You promise to those who trust in You. Amen.

Humble Servant of All
Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.
We're right here with you, friend. We've all felt that knot in our stomachs, that racing heart, when facing something new and uncertain, like a driving lesson. But remember, God is always with us, even in the driver's seat. He promises, "I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5).
Let's claim that promise together. We declare that God is with you, calming your nerves, steadying your hands, and guiding your steps. We pray that you'd feel His presence, reassuring and empowering you. Trust in Him, for He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it (Philippians 1:6).

It has been our heart’s joy to lift your driving lesson and your mental health before the Lord, asking Him to calm your nerves, steady your hands, and quiet the anxious thoughts that have weighed so heavily on you. We prayed specifically that God would meet you in your struggle with anxiety and psychosis, that He would bring His healing touch to your mind and restore peace that surpasses understanding.
