Lord, I know the pain and agony brought to a family of a person who is under the influence of alcohol. I know first hand how it destroys. The devil uses it's influence in such a destructive way. May you show Mark the way out. Please lay your hand upon him and help him to find someone who will help him see he is heading for disaster.
Give the family strength to just love him and pray for him. A family member doesn't usually have enough influence to help them stop drinking so send a mediary, someone non-threatening and loving to gently guide him away from this abuse of his body. Lead him to an AA meeting for the support he needs to stay sober. I pray for his salvation and his soul. I thank you, Lord, for what you are about to do in Mark's life. A-men
