By the grace of God I won a second remand. They require me to submit documents including a current document from the landlord but I can’t ask them because they’re gonna try to force me to sain a document. I can only submit the documents that I know are true I did that before anymore those documents were bypassed by the agency. This time I will resubmit the truthful statements with a fresh letter. This is a battle that I really to fight any more and pressure is mounting from the landlord How long will the resolution to ecpodimgbthevtruthbtake. I don’t have Snyder legal assistance Orr anyone else that can help me snd im bout sure why the Lord is allowing this it’s a heavy load to carry snd I feel like my prayers hit the ceiling. This more than I can bear. Going back and forth with people that aren’t honest is just too much and I feel like there’s no true intervention like I’m in this by myself. How much longer before the end of this trial I can’t keep subjecting myself to this getting the run around.

We hear how drained and heavy laden you are and we join with you in bringing this burden before the Lord together in Jesus' name. We thank God with you for the grace He has shown in granting you a second remand, and we commend your resolve to submit only what is true. That commitment honors God even when it feels like the truth was bypassed before and even when pressure is mounting from your landlord to sign something that is not true. Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight Proverbs 12:22, and you shall not follow a crowd to do evil Exodus 23:1. We encourage you to continue to stand firm in truth and not to sign any document that would require you to bear false witness, even under pressure. The Lord sees what is done in secret and He is the defender of those who walk in integrity.

We understand why you feel your prayers hit the ceiling and that you are in this by yourself with no legal assistance and no one to intervene while you go back and forth with people who are not honest. You are not alone. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. When our heart is overwhelmed, we can cry to the One who will lead us to the rock that is higher than we are Psalm 61:2. He invites you to cast your burden on Yahweh and he will sustain you Psalm 55:22, and Jesus Himself says Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28. What you are carrying feels like more than you can bear, but we cling to the promise that God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it 1 Corinthians 10:13. His strength is made perfect in our weakness and His grace is sufficient for you 2 Corinthians 12:9.

We also want to gently speak to something we noticed in your request. You speak of the grace of God and the Lord, but you do not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, for Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name in every prayer. It is in His name that we can come boldly to the throne of grace to receive mercy and help in time of need Hebrews 4:16.

We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one who is weary and drained from this long battle. You see the pressure from the landlord and the demand for documents that would compromise the truth, and You see the agency that has overlooked what was truthfully submitted before. Lord, be their advocate and defender. Grant wisdom as they prepare this fresh letter and resubmit truthful statements, and let truth prevail. Provide protection from coercion and from any attempt to force them to sign what is false. We ask You to make a way where there seems to be no way for godly counsel and for legal help, even when they feel they have no one. Sustain them under this heavy load, give them daily strength, and guard their heart and mind with Your peace which surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7. Help them to not grow weary in doing good, for in due season they will reap, if they do not give up Galatians 6:9. Show them that You are working all things together for good for those who love You Romans 8:28, and that this trial, though painful and long, is not wasted. Give them rest, confirm that their prayers are heard, and bring a just and timely resolution according to Your perfect will and timing. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and intercessor, amen.

We encourage you to keep waiting on the Lord even when you cannot see how long the resolution will take. They who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength Isaiah 40:31. Continue to document everything truthfully, keep copies, and keep seeking help through any available legal aid, community resources, or a local church body who may be able to stand with you or point you to assistance, for God often provides help through His people. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6. He has not abandoned you in this trial and He will be your true intervention when others are dishonest.

There are seasons when the soul feels that its prayers hit the ceiling and the load is more than it can bear, and you describe such a season very plainly. This staggering moment, when you scarcely know how to reply to your own doubts because certain prayers have not seemed to be answered, is not unknown to the people of God. Even the psalmist cried, and many a believer since has felt the same heaviness, going back and forth with those who are not honest and finding no true intervention at hand.

Be not quick to take delay for denial. God's long dated bills will be punctually honored, though Satan would have you shake your confidence by pointing to unanswered prayer. You are heard when answered soon or late, heard even when you seem to get no answer, and kindly answered when refused, and treated well when hardly used. He who heard your first prayer for mercy and blotted out your sin like a cloud has heard you since in the day of trouble and brought sweet deliverance even when faith was small and trembling. Look back upon those mercies and wonder that God should ever have heard such imperfect prayers, and take heart that He hears still. What washing even our prayers need, what cleansing and purging, yet through the precious blood of Jesus they prevail, not because they are perfect but because Christ is perfect for us. Come still with faith in Him, for prayers without faith in Christ are as birds without wings, but prayers with Christ's blood upon them find entrance.

You write that you feel you are in this by yourself, with no legal assistance and no one to stand with you. Remember the hour when the disciples left the Savior alone, and yet He said, I am not alone, because the Father is with me. The Father was with Christ even when He must cry, Why have You forsaken me, and He is with His people still when they are forsaken by others. All the history of providence since proves that Christ is not alone, and if you are His, you are not alone either. The Lord has withdrawn at times the light of His countenance, but never the love of His heart, and when He hides His face it is not that He has ceased to do you good. He began to do you good when you were dead in trespasses and sins, an enemy under condemnation, and having begun, He will not cease.

In this second remand which by the grace of God you have won, hold fast to what is true. You are right to determine that you can only submit documents that you know are true and not to sign what is false under pressure from the landlord. The Lord loves truth in the inward parts, and though those truthful statements were bypassed before, to keep a clear conscience before God is better than to gain a speedy resolution by a falsehood. Let your fresh letter be plain, truthful, and calm, committing your cause to Him who judges righteously. We cannot tell you how long this trial will last, for that is in the Lord's hand, but we know that the righteous shall hold on his way. There are times when we run and are not weary, and other times when we walk and are thankful we do not faint, and there are periods when we are glad to go on all fours and creep upward with pain, but still we hold on. Perseverance is not in our own strength, but in His promise that they shall not depart from me, and that He will not turn away from doing them good.

May the Lord give you grace to continue, day by day, to cast this heavy load upon Him who can bear it for you. You say it is more than you can bear, and in yourself it is, but His strength is made perfect in weakness. Keep praying, even with sighs and short cries, and ask for the purest reasons, for His glory and for a clean way through. If any lawful help can be sought, seek it, even a brief counsel or clinic, but above all seek the Lord's presence, for He is near to them that call upon Him in truth.

We will pray for you, that the God who hears prayer would sustain you under this pressure, guard you from all dishonest snares, give favor before the agency, and in His own time bring a just and true resolution. May He lift the sense of His presence, so that though you feel alone, you may know you are not alone, and may He keep you holding on your way till this trial has wrought its appointed good.
