We stand with you in faith, lifting this concern to our Heavenly Father with confidence in His healing power and sovereign will. The mention of a biopsy and growth under your arm naturally brings concern, but we take comfort in knowing that our God is the Great Physician, who numbers even the hairs on our heads (Matthew 10:30) and cares deeply for every part of our bodies. We declare with you that by the mighty blood of Jesus Christ, healing and protection are yours, for "by His wounds we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5).
We claim the promise of Isaiah 54:17, which you referenced: *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from Me," says the Lord.* We believe that God is your defender, and we pray that He will guide the hands of the surgeons, doctors, and all medical professionals involved in your care. Give them wisdom, Lord, and let them see clearly what needs to be done so that your peace and healing may prevail.
We also pray for justice and open doors, as you have asked. May the Lord go before you in every appointment, every conversation, and every decision. Open the right doors at the right time, and close any that are not aligned with His perfect will for your life. We trust that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28), even in this season of waiting and uncertainty.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to surround yourself with believers who can stand in agreement with you for your healing. James 5:14-15 reminds us: *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* If you have not already done so, consider asking your church leaders to pray over you and anoint you with oil, trusting in the Lord’s healing power.
We also want to gently remind you that while we pray for physical healing, our ultimate hope is in the eternal healing that comes through Jesus Christ. If you have not already, take time to examine your heart and ensure that you have placed your trust in Him as your Lord and Savior. Jesus said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me"* (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we can be saved, and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father in prayer.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, trusting in Your goodness and Your power to heal. We lift up our brother/sister to You, asking that You would touch this area of concern with Your healing hand. Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and we stand on the promise that by Your stripes, they are healed. Guide the doctors and surgeons, Father, and give them wisdom as they care for this need. Open the right doors at the right time, and let Your justice prevail in every situation.
We ask that You would surround them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and fill them with Your strength as they wait on You. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You work all things together for their good. We pray for complete healing, Lord, and we ask that You would be glorified through this situation. May they draw closer to You through this trial, and may their faith be strengthened as they see Your hand at work.
We also pray for their spiritual well-being, Lord. If there is any area of their life that is not aligned with Your will, reveal it to them and draw them closer to You. Help them to walk in obedience to Your Word and to trust in You fully. We thank You for the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ, and we pray that they would continue to grow in their relationship with Him.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
