Double portion of Deep Healing Sleep

Lord, You have given to mankind an amazing tool for healing our own body and that is just simply good sound sleep. I have read of the awesome healing that this alone can bring to the human body. I pray for the gift of a much better sleep in the coming time, as I realize I am sometimes awake in the middle of the night, which never bothered me so much, but now that I know and feel I need to recuperate from the physical/emotional shock I went through I pray for a double portion of Deep Healing Sleep. Thank You Lord beforehand. In Jesus Name. amen
