We join with you in seeking God’s favor and divine intervention in this season of opportunity, trusting that He alone opens doors no man can shut. The Scripture reminds us in Revelation 3:8, *"I know your works (behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut), that you have a little power, and kept My word, and didn’t deny My name."* This is a powerful assurance that when we walk in obedience and faith, God moves on our behalf—not by our strength, but by His sovereign will.
Yet we must also remember that favor is not merely about earthly success but alignment with God’s purpose. Jeremiah 29:11 declares, *"For I know the plans that I have for you, says Yahweh, plans of peace and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* If this teaching position is part of His plan, He will establish it. If not, He will redirect your steps to something even greater. Our prayer is that you would seek *His will* above the outcome, trusting that His favor rests on those who honor Him (Proverbs 3:3-4).
We also notice that while you invoked "in Jesus name," the prayer itself did not center on Christ’s lordship or acknowledge that *all* favor flows through Him. There is no other name by which we approach the Father (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). True favor is not just about open doors but about a heart surrendered to Jesus—whether in plenty or in waiting. Let us pray with this in mind:

Lord, if this door aligns with Your will, we pray You would supernaturally open it, removing every obstacle and causing their qualifications to shine before men. Let them not seek favor for personal gain but as a steward of the gifts You’ve entrusted to them (1 Peter 4:10).
If there are areas of pride, self-reliance, or misplaced motivation, convict and refine them by Your Spirit. And if this door closes, give them peace to trust Your redirection, knowing You hold their future.
