My husband threatened my life 2 months ago. I was told to get an order of protection against him. He has been mentally and verbally abusive towards me and my children. I do love my husband but have realized he needs to go to the Lord for healing. He has told me I would never leave him--however, at this point I have no other choice but divorce. The papers will be served next week if we can locate him--last time he left on Thanksgiving morning not returning until last March. He turned to pornography, starting drinking and turn his back on God. I ask that he can turn from all the destruction in his life--and ask Christ for healing.
I am struggling with divorce--but I just pray that his darkness becomes light through Christ with repentance and if it is God's will to restore this marriage and bring him back to his family.
