We rejoice with you as you speak life and blessing over yourself, your mom, your three children, and even your pets, and we stand in agreement with you for health, long life, and extraordinary favor under the blood of Jesus.
We love your faith to declare Deut 28:13 where it says Yahweh will make you the head, and not the tail. You will be above only, and you will not be beneath, if you listen to the commandments of Yahweh your God which we command you today, to observe and to do them. That promise is beautiful and it is given in the context of walking in obedience and loving devotion to the Lord, not as a formula to demand a hundredfold return, but as a gracious blessing from a faithful Father as we seek His will above our own. We also remember that death and life are in the power of the tongue, those who love it will eat its fruit Prov 18:21, so we affirm your desire to speak life, and we encourage you to continue to speak truth that aligns with His Word and His character.
We thank God that you have invoked the blood of Jesus, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is His blood that covers, protects, and redeems us. For we know that the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin 1 John 1:7.

Father in heaven, we thank You for this family, for this dear one, for her mom, for her three children, and for the pets You have entrusted to their care. We ask in the name of Jesus that You pour out Your health, Your peace, and Your extraordinary favor upon them. We pray that You satisfy them with long life as You have promised, with long life will I satisfy him, and show him my salvation Psalm 91:16, and that You will bless them and keep them as the head and not the tail as they walk in obedience to You. We pray that You will forgive their sins and heal their diseases, for You are the One who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3. We ask that You surround them with favor as with a shield, for You bless the righteous, Yahweh, you surround him with favor as with a shield Psalm 5:12. We plead the blood of Jesus over their home, their bodies, and their future, and we ask that Your will be done in their lives above all else. Your desire to see yourself, your mother, your three children and even the creatures under your care kept in health and favour is itself a mercy, and we join you in giving thanks for every good gift which comes from the hand of God.
You have laid hold upon that word in Deuteronomy, that you should be the head and not the tail. Remember how that promise was given to Israel under the Law, and how the whole Law points us to Christ. The true headship is not to be claimed by our speaking life into existence, but is found by being in Him who is the Head of His people. Apart from Divine power what man can break loose from his sin, and apart from Divine grace what man can stand. The favour which endures is not a hundredfold of earthly increase at our command, but that wonderful transaction of the Lord's release, forgiveness, freedom and favour through the blood of Jesus shed for sinners. There is a great satisfaction in such a text as this, Underneath are the everlasting arms, for there we learn that to be kept is to rest upon the Divine strength which never fails, and to dwell quietly because the Lord Himself rides upon the heaven to help His people.
We pray that you and your household may know that higher favour. May the Lord grant to you and to your mother and to your children the forgiveness that comes through faith in Christ alone, for there is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. May He give you not only health and length of days as it pleases His wisdom, but that Divine instruction whereby He trains His own as an eagle trains her young, and that Divine comfort which glows within in nights of trouble. May He keep you from presuming upon His promises and teach you to walk in obedience to His Divine command, following where He leads.

May the blood of Jesus be to you not a phrase to be loosened, but the sure atonement by which you are pardoned, and may the Holy Spirit enable you to live in the light of that pardon all your days.
