Please help me stop reaching out and thinking about the following: ###, ###, ###, ###, and ###. Please remove them from my heart, thoughts, and memories. I never want to think about them or ask them any questions for the rest of my life. Help me walk away and ignore them, too. I am sorry they feel the need to mistreat me. I pray to find the means to move and leave and never deal with them again since they think so little of me and my feelings. Since I am the problem, change me or strike me down if all I do is make people mad. I am truly sorry. I am sorry I wasn’t good enough. I am sorry they treat me like a ghost. They never believe me, so I am already dead to them. I was the last to know. I forgive them. Please forgive me. I am sorry I wasn’t good enough. I am sorry they think I deserve the way they treat me. I pray they forgive me and treat me better or simply leave me alone. My sister banished me, but I pray she reaps what she sows immediately. Where I am wrong, show me how to be right and fix it. If they refuse to forgive, I hope others have the same kind of forgiveness and mercy towards them. Do You enjoy how they break the commandments and pretend to represent You at church and in the world when they are full of hate and hell? Make it stop or show me clearly the error of my ways. Why am I being punished and cursed? A dog would receive more kindness than me. Was I that bad? Stop me from causing misery. Send me where I belong. I don’t belong here. How can these people be right?

We hear the deep pain and despair in your words, and our hearts ache with you. You are not a dog, you are a beloved creation of God, made in His image, and He sees your suffering. The mistreatment you’ve endured is not a reflection of your worth, but rather a reflection of the hardness of hearts that have failed to show Christ’s love. We stand with you in prayer, lifting your burden before the Lord, who collects every tear in His bottle (Psalm 56:8).

First, we must address the weight of unforgiveness and bitterness that has taken root in your heart. You say you forgive them, yet you also pray for them to reap what they’ve sown and express anger at their hypocrisy. Forgiveness does not mean excusing their sin, but it does mean releasing the desire for vengeance to God, who says, "Vengeance is mine; I will repay" (Romans 12:19). Clinging to bitterness will only poison your own soul. We rebuke the spirit of resentment in Jesus’ name and ask the Holy Spirit to soften your heart toward true forgiveness, not for their sake, but for your healing.

You ask why you are being punished and cursed, but Scripture tells us that suffering is not always a result of personal sin. Jesus Himself said, "In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world" (John 16:33). The pain you’re experiencing is not God’s punishment, but the brokenness of a fallen world. Yet even in this, God can work for your good (Romans 8:28). You are not the problem, sin is the problem, and Christ has already paid for it on the cross.

We also notice your self-condemnation, repeating that you weren’t "good enough." This is a lie from the enemy. You are not defined by others’ rejection or their inability to see your worth. "For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made" (Psalm 139:13-14). Your value is found in Christ alone, not in the opinions of those who have failed you.

You express a desire to leave and never deal with them again, and while distance may be necessary for your protection, we must caution against the spirit of escapism. Running away without seeking God’s wisdom can lead to more heartache. Instead, we pray for God to open doors for you to move in His timing and to give you the strength to walk away with dignity, not desperation. "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall lack nothing" (Psalm 23:1). He will provide a way out.

We also rebuke the spirit of self-hatred in your words. You ask God to change you or strike you down if you’re the cause of others’ anger. This is not the heart of a loving Father. God disciplines those He loves (Hebrews 12:6), but He does not delight in your destruction. You are not beyond redemption, you are a work in progress, and God is not finished with you yet (Philippians 1:6).

Now, we must address your question about those who claim to represent God while harboring hate. Hypocrisy in the church is a grievous sin, but it does not invalidate God’s truth. "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitened tombs, which outwardly appear beautiful, but inwardly are full of dead men’s bones and of all uncleanness" (Matthew 23:27). Their sin is before God, and He will judge righteously. Do not let their hypocrisy harden your heart toward the Lord. Instead, let it drive you deeper into His Word, where you will find the true character of God, not as they portray Him, but as He reveals Himself.

Lastly, we must address the absence of Jesus’ name in your prayer. There is no other name by which we can approach God or find salvation (Acts 4:12). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). Without Him, we are lost. If you have not surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him to be Lord of your life. He alone can heal your broken heart and give you the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts for our brother/sister who is suffering. Lord, You see the pain, the rejection, and the deep wounds in their soul. We ask that You would bind up their broken heart and heal their wounds (Psalm 147:3). Father, we rebuke the spirit of bitterness, self-hatred, and despair that has taken hold. In Jesus’ name, we command it to leave and declare Your peace to reign in their heart.

Lord, we pray for those who have mistreated them. Soften their hearts, convict them of their sin, and lead them to repentance. But if they refuse, give our brother/sister the strength to release them into Your hands, trusting You to be their defender. Help them to forgive as You have forgiven them (Colossians 3:13).

Father, we ask that You would reveal their true worth in Your eyes. Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, and that Your love for them is unshakable. Help them to see themselves through Your eyes, not the eyes of those who have failed them.

We pray for provision and direction. Open doors for them to move away from this toxic environment, but do so in Your perfect timing and wisdom. Lead them to a place of safety, community, and healing. Surround them with godly people who will speak life into them and remind them of Your truth.

Lord, we ask that You would break the chains of self-condemnation. Help them to see that they are not the problem, sin is the problem, and You have already overcome it. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the freedom and victory that Christ has won for them.

Finally, Father, we pray for their relationship with You. Draw them close, reveal Yourself to them in a personal way, and let them know that You are their refuge and strength. If they do not know You as Savior, we pray that today would be the day of their salvation. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

You are not alone in this. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Keep pressing into Him, even when it feels impossible. His love for you is greater than your pain, and His plans for you are for good, not for harm (Jeremiah 29:11). We stand with you, believing that God will restore what has been stolen and bring beauty from these ashes.

We hear the exhaustion and the deep ache in your words. When it feels like people have erased you and you’re left with nothing but hurt and unanswered questions, it’s understandable to want the thoughts to simply stop. But we’re also concerned that some of what you wrote carries a wish to no longer be here. If you’re ever at a point where that feeling becomes overwhelming or you’re in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services. For free, confidential support right now, you can find a helpline in your country at findahelpline.com.

What you’re describing, being ghosted, feeling worthless, wanting to walk away and leave it all behind, is a heavy load. Forgiveness doesn’t mean you have to keep reaching out or subject yourself to more mistreatment. Sometimes the healthiest thing we can do is step back, guard our heart, and stop explaining. That isn’t failure; it’s wisdom.

The longing to move and start fresh may be a good leading, but give yourself space to sort it through with someone face to face, a pastor or a Christian counselor who can help you untangle the guilt and grief you’re carrying. You’re not meant to wrestle this alone, especially when the pain makes you feel like you’re the problem. You’re not.

Jesus, reach this one in the place where they feel invisible and unloved. Quiet the racing thoughts, and hold back the lies that say they’re too broken to belong. Give them the strength to stop reaching out to people who only bring hurt, and guide them toward a new season of peace, whether that means physically moving or simply releasing the painful memories into Your hands. Protect them from the darkness that whispers they would be better off gone. Surround them with one safe person who can sit with them through this. In Your name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The cry of a wounded spirit rings out from you, and it is not a light thing. You are bruised, cast down, and your soul is full of bitterness because of the unkindness of those who should have shown you love. It is a heavy trial when they who bear the name of Christ treat you as a ghost, dead to them, and you feel that a dog might find more pity. Yet, let me speak plainly: your pain is real, but your remedy is not in cursing them, nor in praying that they reap what they sow with immediate retribution. That is the voice of the flesh, and it will eat you up from within. There is a better way, and it begins with looking away from them and onto Him who was despised and rejected of men, a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief.

You ask, “Do You enjoy how they break the commandments and pretend to represent You?” Ah, but the Lord is not mocked; He sees all, and His justice is sure. Yet think how He has dealt with you, not striking you down as you deserve, but bearing with you, even as you cry out in your anguish. He is not the author of your misery, but He permits trials that we might flee to Him. You say, “I am the problem, change me or strike me down.” That is the language of despair, and despair is a high insult to God. It denies the sufficiency of Christ’s atonement, as though His blood could not reach your case. But hark! There is forgiveness with Him, therefore He is to be feared. Not feared with a slavish terror, but with a holy reverence that draws us to the cross where pardon flows freely.

You confess your faults, and well you may, for we all need forgiveness daily. But I charge you not to wallow in self-accusation as though you were beyond the reach of mercy. That is a subtle pride, making your sin larger than the Saviour’s grace. Did He not come to save the lost, the chief of sinners? He bore the punishment; God will not twice exact the penalty. Divine pardon is a continuous act, free, full, eternal. Let me catch your heart in the arms of this truth: “There is forgiveness with Thee!” Let that whisper drive away despair. Go straight to God for pardon, through Jesus Christ. Never go to man, for men will fail you, but Christ faileth never.

And what of those who have wounded you? I bid you, even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. He forgave freely, before you asked, while you were yet in sin. It is a hard saying, but it is the only way of peace. Let not the sun go down upon your wrath. You say you forgive them, yet you pray they reap what they sow immediately. That is a forgiveness mingled with gall. Choose rather to utter this prayer: “Father, forgive them,” and leave them in His hands. If you will not, you are drinking poison yourself and hoping they will die. This forgiveness is not a feeling; it is a deed, a choice of the will, enabled by the grace you have first received.

You feel dead to them, but Christ can make you alive to Himself. You say you do not belong here; but He places His children where they may learn to cling to Him alone. If you are in Christ, you belong to Him, and no banishment from man can sever you from His love. Cease looking within for worth, for there is none; look to Jesus, in whom is all worthiness. There is forgiveness now, at this moment. Do not wait till you go home; lay hold of it by faith, for the Lord Jehovah has signed your free pardon. Believe it and go your way in peace, and let that peace make you an instrument of mercy rather than a vessel of wrath.

Your cry reaches the very throne of God, not as the noise of a dog, but as the voice of a wounded soul for whom Christ died. The furnace you now stand in refines more sharply than any sword, yet that sword of which our Lord spoke, which divides households and lays bare the thoughts of many hearts, has touched your own life. Do not despise it as a curse; receive it as the surgeon’s blade that cuts away dead flesh so that you may live.

You lament that a dog receives better treatment than you. Look then at the One who suffered without the gate, numbered with the transgressors, rejected by his own, and who did not open his mouth. He became the reproach of men for your sake, that you might never be truly alone. When they treat you as a ghost, as one already dead, remember that you have been buried with Christ and your life is hidden with him in God. The world’s scorn cannot touch what he has sealed.

You say you forgive them, but then pray that your sister reaps what she sows immediately. Love, when it is kind, bears long and does not keep a record of wrongs. True forgiveness lays down the weapon of retaliation at the foot of the cross. If you would wound others by such a prayer, you point the sword at your own self. Instead, bless those who curse you; pray for those who despitefully use you. This is the harder road, but it is the medicine that heals your own heart first.

The torment of your thoughts, these names that rise unbidden, cannot be driven out simply by willing them gone. The mind is a garden; you must plant something else. When these memories spring up, turn at once to the Psalms, to the words of Christ, to prayer for those very persons. Over time, the weeds will weaken. But do not imagine that dullness of hearing has no remedy. Many who seemed insensible after ten counsels have later brought forth abundant fruit from one word that finally pierced them. Be patient with your own soul; God is not finished with you.

You ask to be struck down if you only cause misery. Such words are the hiss of the serpent who would have you despair of your own salvation. Never believe that your unworthiness is greater than the blood that sanctifies the people. The High Priest entered the sanctuary with sacrifice; Christ passed through the veil of his own flesh to make you holy. Your sense of failure is not the final word. The same grace that called Paul from blasphemer to apostle is able to subdue every unruly passion within you, and even to make you a vessel of kindness to those who now mistreat you.

As for those in the church who break the commandments while wearing a mask of godliness, let them examine themselves. You are not their judge. But see that their malice does not make you a careless hearer of the commandment to love enemies. If you hate only the godless, you will soon hate all, for there is not one without sin. But love is a great teacher; it can lead men out of error, reform character, and out of stones raise up children to Abraham. Perhaps your patient endurance, your refusal to strike back, your quiet service, these will speak louder than any argument. Even if they refuse to see, you go forth to Christ outside their camp, bearing the reproach of his name, and leave their vindication to him.

Do not fix your hope on moving to another place as though geography could cure a wounded spirit. Unless the heart itself is healed, you will find the same sorrows wearing different faces. Go instead into the inner chamber and pour out your complaint to the One who bottles every tear. He is not far from you in this valley of humiliation. The sword that seems to cut you off from others can, if you let it, cut away the last cords of pride and self-pity that bind you yet.

Stand fast. The same mouth that cried “My God, why have you forsaken me?” now intercedes for you before the throne. Your sister’s hard heart, your own sense of being nothing, the injustice that stings like a serpent, these will not endure forever. The day of healing dawns, often imperceptibly, while we still weep in the night. Hold to this anchor: not your goodness, but his mercy; not your strength to forgive, but his Spirit who forgave from the cross; not escape from pain, but fellowship with the suffering Christ. In that fellowship you are never a dog, but a beloved child, even if you feel the crumbs falling. The Master who fed the little dogs under the table will not cast you out.

Your prayer is the cry of a heart completely overwhelmed by the noise of racing thoughts and the deep ache of rejection. When you say a dog would receive more kindness, you are giving voice to a pain that feels deathly isolating. You are not imagining the mistreatment, and the turmoil you feel is not something to simply will away. That frantic attempt to figure everything out, the thoughts that speed a million miles an hour as you try to understand the "why," is a darkness many know. In the multitude of those thoughts within you, the only true comfort is not found in getting everyone else to finally acknowledge your innocence, but in letting God’s comforts delight your soul right now, in the middle of the chaos.

Right now, you are disqualifying yourself because you are looking entirely at your own perceived failure. You keep repeating that you are the problem, asking to be struck down, begging to be shown the error of your ways as if you alone have caused this misery. Your focus has become locked on your own heart and your own shortcomings, magnifying them until they block out the light. But the forgiveness of God toward you is a total forgiveness. It is so complete that your past, fully known by Him, will never be brought up to you by God again. If He lays no charge against you, then you cannot define your entire existence by what these people think of you. You are trying to pay for a debt that the cross has already satisfied. Stop looking at your failure and start looking at His mercy.

The desire to never think of them again or to simply vanish is a desire for the storm inside to stop, but trying to erase memories is like trying to smooth a raging sea with your hands. Healing comes not from the removal of the memory but from a change in your thinking. The unrighteous man needs to forsake his thoughts. Those thoughts that tell you that you have never been good enough, that you are already dead to them, and that you belong nowhere are not the voice of truth; they are empty thoughts, even if they feel profoundly deep. The way of life is to deny that self-life, the one that screams at you to indulge your despair and accept this burial they’ve given you.

You asked God to send you where you belong, and you belong at the feet of the One who understands being despised and rejected. You are not being punished and cursed because of a specific, unforgivable flaw. The rain falls on the just and the unjust, and sometimes we find ourselves in the freezing flood for a season. His grace is poured out on you abundantly now, not just a dribble. You do not need to understand why He allowed this, because His ways are not your ways. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are His ways higher than your ways. You don’t have to understand; you just have to not let go.

It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, not because the pain is good, but because your deliverance from this pit does not depend on their apology or your perfect explanation. It depends on calling upon Him while He is near. Let go of the demand for an immediate harvest in their lives concerning how they broke the commandments. Fret not over the workers of iniquity. Do not let their hardness blind you to the pure, chaste, and discreet life God calls you to live right where you are, even if you are unseen. Your forgiveness of them is your release from their prison. Walk in that forgiveness, not because they deserve it, but because you need to break free from the bitterness that is tearing you apart.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It has been our heart to lift you before the Lord, asking Him to bring healing to your wounded spirit, peace to your troubled mind, and clarity to your confused heart. We have prayed earnestly that God would remove the painful memories and thoughts that have been weighing so heavily on you, replacing them with His truth and love. We asked the Lord to give you the strength to walk away from those who have mistreated you and to provide a way for you to move forward into a place of safety and peace.

We have also prayed that God would reveal to you any areas where He might be calling you to grow or change, while also comforting you with the truth that you are deeply loved and valued by Him—far more than you may realize. We asked Him to soften the hearts of those who have hurt you, that they might see their actions with repentance, but we also prayed for your heart to be guarded from bitterness, trusting that God’s justice and mercy will prevail.

If the Lord has answered these prayers in any way—whether through a sense of peace, a shift in your circumstances, or even just a quiet assurance of His presence—we would be so encouraged to hear how He has moved. Please share a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If, however, the burden still feels heavy and the answers seem distant, we want you to know that we are still here to stand with you. Please post your request again, and we will continue to lift you up in prayer, believing that God is at work even when we cannot yet see it.

May the Lord bless you with His nearness in this season. May He remind you of your worth in Christ and give you the grace to release what you cannot control into His hands. We pray that He would open doors for you to step into a new chapter—one marked by His love, His purpose, and His peace. And as you continue to seek Him, may you find the healing and restoration that only He can provide. In Jesus’ Name we pray.
