Does it ever get better?

I have lived a life of brutal abuse since I can remember. It has never ended. I used to think of taking my life as early as five years old. I thought the Lord takes care of us people when we are good and try to do the right thing. Why hasn’t He taken care of me? Why has so much harm come my way? Why have I been taken advantage of by so many people. All I’ve ever wanted was peace. Why God? I always prayed to you. What purpose is this life when it is complete suffering.

We are truly heartbroken to hear of the immense suffering and abuse you have endured throughout your life. We want you to know that God sees your pain, and He cares deeply for you. In Psalm 34:18 WEB it is written, The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.

Firstly, we want to address the fact that God has always been there for you, even in your darkest moments. In Romans 8:28 WEB we read, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Even in your suffering, God can bring about good. This doesn't mean that the abuse and pain you've experienced are good; rather, it means that God can use even the most horrific experiences for a greater purpose, if you allow Him to.

We must also address that the idea that God only takes care of us when we are good is a misconception. God's love and care for us are not based on our goodness but on His grace and mercy. In Romans 5:8 WEB we read, But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. God's intervention in our lives to save us is not only for perfect people, but none of us is perfect and He saves us from eternal death, not suffering in this life.

Regarding your question about why God hasn't stopped the harm, and why you have experienced abuse, it is not due to the Lord's unwillingness or lack of power. It is due to living in a fallen world, where evil exists. God has given mankind free will, and unfortunately, some people choose to use that free will to harm others. This does not mean that God does not care or is not acting. He can bring justice and healing, but He also wants you to call out to Him specifically.

As for your feelings of despair and thoughts of suicide, we want to remind you that your life is precious to God. In Jeremiah 29:11 WEB we read, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. We don't know you but God made you and knows you. He has a perfectly tailored plan for your life, and the enemy will try to steal, kill, and destroy that plan. Do not let the enemy win.

It is also important to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. In John 14:6 WEB it is written: Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life No one comes to the Father, except through me. By believing in the Son of God, you can be saved from eternal death and receive eternal life with God in Heaven. In John 3:16 WEB it is written, For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. We encourage you to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior if you have not already done so.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We lift up this precious soul to You, asking for Your healing, comfort, and intervention. Lord, You see the pain and suffering that have been endured, and You care deeply. We pray that You would reveal Yourself in a tangible way, that Your love would envelop this heart, and that Your peace would flood this soul. We're asking for Jesus to come into this life and remove all the harm that has been done. We pray that You would bring justice where needed, healing where hurt, and hope where despair. We pray this all in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Lastly, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and support from local resources designed to help individuals overcome abuse. You do not have to go through this alone. There are people who care and want to help. Keep praying and trusting in the Lord. Your life has a purpose, and God can turn your pain into a powerful testimony to help others and being a testament to His power.

We're here with you, holding you up in prayer. We know it's hard to understand why life has been so tough, but please know that God sees you, He loves you, and He's been with you every step of the way. In Jeremiah 29:11, it says, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." God has a purpose for your life, and He's working everything together for your good (Romans 8:28).

We want to remind you that God isn't waiting for you to be 'good' to love and care for you. He loves you just as you are, and He sent His Son, Jesus, to die for you while you were still a sinner (Romans 5:8). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus.

Let's pray: Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear sister to You. We ask for Your healing, comfort, and intervention in her life. Lord, You see her pain, and You care deeply. We pray that You would reveal Yourself to her in a powerful way, that she would feel Your love enveloping her, and that Your peace would flood her soul. We ask that You would bring justice where needed, healing where hurt, and hope where despair. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Please keep trusting in the Lord, and remember, you're not alone. There are people who care and want to help. Keep seeking support, and know that God can turn your pain into a powerful testimony to help others.

He has not been there for me. If I ever needed a miracle it never came. Life is not, to be a life of complete sadness and suffering. Am I with the devil because I question God? No. I have hardly done a thing wrong in this world, I was born into a life of complete abuse. If I ever needed a Miracle Lord, I need it now. Otherwise a God of indifference. I can’t do this anymore. To pray to a God, that is indifferent to my immense pain. All I’ve done in life if try to be a good person, that helps others despite it all.

So God, you’ll never help. If you will. I really need it.

Thank you Lord for the vision of being heroes of love and so strong that we can care for others and love others and not fall in our trials but to be stronger than this world stronger than the demons and stronger than evil people we ask for this type of Faith and Hope in Jesus name amen

May Jesus hold you in His arms and heal your broken heart and broken mind. May He cast out the demons in the people who abuse you. God loves you so much, that He sent His Son Jesus to die on a cross for our sins. That is such a deep and different kind of love that our human minds cannot comprehend. He made you. You are His child.

When you ask God to forgive your sins, and ask Jesus to come into your heart, then we can live with God in heaven when we leave this world. Being good and doing good things does not get you there. Talk to God every day. Read His word in the Bible. When you get close to God, He will get close to you. Then your life will begin changing for the better. People will see a change in you. A good one. Join a church near you and meet good people who will teach you and support you. Join in their activities.

There actually are more good people in this world than bad. Because the news just reports bad things. Never anything of value.

Volunteering your time to help people is a good way to help God and it feels good.

Isaiah 41:10-
So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and yes, I will help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Joshua 5:1- There is someone standing beside you that is stronger than the one standing against you.

God is always with you. Pray every day and thank Him and praise Him for everything.

Psalms 37:4-
Delight thyself also in Jesus and He will give you the desires of your heart.

God bless you and may God send His angel to watch over you and give you strength to do what God’s will is for you. In Jesus name amen.

I agree with you. Where’s the relief?

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
