Does God Hear Our Prayers?

Who is listening when we are praying?
Are we just calling on thin air to come to help us out of our troubles?
Whose ears are open to answer all we have asked?

The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are attentive to their cry.
Psalm 34.15

Lost in the world with no guidance souls wander into the dark.
Who will come to help them when they are lost and no one helps?

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills. From where cometh my help?
My help cometh from the Lord who made heaven and earth.

My faith in Jesus gets stronger when I pray for others.
I pray harder when times gets tough.
I know I stray away at times.
But He comes back to pick me up when I am fallen down.
I beg for forgiveness and He smiles at me.
Jesus says to me.
Keep going,
The road ahead is long and hard.

Sanctify them through Thy truth. Thy word is truth.
John 17.17

My heart is Yours o Lord,
I belong to You.
Rescue me from all evil and sin
So that I may praise and honor You.
All the days of my life.
And I shall dwell in the house of the Lord.
