Does God have any good thing in store for me?

Does God have any good things in store for me?  Can I count on Him for anything?  The doctors saw my CT scan & said there's a suspicion the cancer has come back in the lymph nodes surrounding the lung.  A bully who has accosted me twice is moving in next door & I have no money to live elsewhere.  Is any good thing going to happen to me?  Will anyone really pray for me?  Thank you.  God bless you.  Amen.
