We join together with you in lifting up this doctor check up this morning and we thank you for asking us to pray in Jesus name.
We pray for safe travel and for God's hand to be upon every detail of this visit. As it is written in Psalm 121:8, Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. We ask the Lord to keep you safe going there and returning home, to give clear roads, protection from harm, and peace in the journey.
We also pray for favor with the doctor and for the refilling of the needed medications without delay or complication. We trust that God is our healer and sustainer and that He cares for our bodies which are temples of His Spirit. As He promises in Jeremiah 30:17, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We ask Him to guide the doctor with wisdom and discernment and to use these medications for your good and for His glory.
We are encouraged by your faith to bring this before the Lord in Jesus name, for it is only through Him we have access to the Father. As it says in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And we are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
So we pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus and lift up our dear friend to You this morning. We ask that You go before them on the way to the doctor and on the way home, that Your angels would guard them and that no harm would come near them. We ask for a smooth appointment, for kindness and thorough care from the medical staff, and for the medications to be refilled as needed. We thank You that You are Jehovah Rapha, our healer, and we trust Your perfect will for health and provision. Fill our friend with Your peace that passes all understanding while they wait and travel, and let all things work together for good for those who love You. We ask this in Jesus name, amen.

In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. He sees this simple but important need and He is faithful to provide. We will continue to keep you in prayer today.

We pray that the Lord who is the health of our countenance and our God will be near to you in this visit. He knows the way there and the way home, and not a wind nor a step of the road is beyond His control. When we are embarked in the good ship of His providence, we are under the care of a Captain who has appointed all things and who watches over our going out and our coming in. May He grant you safe travel there and safe return, covering you as with wings where you may find shelter and rest.
We ask that He will give wisdom to the doctor, that what is needed for the body may be provided, and that the refilling of these meds may be accomplished without hindrance and for your good. We remember that perfect health lies in the right condition of spirit, soul and body, and that God Himself is our health. May He sustain you not only in body but in soul, and make all your bed in any sickness, and cause your countenance to show the comfort of trusting Him.
