We join with you in prayer today for your six month check up and we lift up every other person who is also going to the doctor today for their check ups, and we thank you for coming to us in the name of Jesus.
We are encouraged that you closed your request in Jesus name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. As it is written, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
We know that waiting for appointments and test results can bring anxiety, but we trust that our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made and that God is sovereign over our health. We are reminded of His care for us when we read, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3 and also, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17
We pray together for you and for all who are being seen today.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and we thank You for Your mercy and loving kindness. We lift up this dear one who has a check up today and every person who is going to the doctor today. We ask that You would calm any fear or worry and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We pray for wisdom and discernment for every doctor, nurse, and medical staff member, that You would guide their hands, their minds, and their decisions. We ask that You would grant good reports where it is Your will, and if there are concerns found, that You would provide clear direction for treatment and complete healing according to Your perfect will. Help each one to trust in You with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding. We pray for continued health and strength, for You desire that we prosper and be healthy even as our souls prosper. 3 John 1:2 We commit these appointments and every result into Your hands, trusting that You work all things together for good for those who love You. In the precious and mighty name of Jesus we pray, amen.

Your request has been brought before the Lord and we join with you in prayer for this six month check up and for all who are going to the doctor today.
We pray that the Lord, who is the God of all peace, will keep you in perfect peace as your mind is stayed upon Him, because you trust in Him. That peace which Christ has purchased with His blood is a present possession and may be enjoyed even in such ordinary cares as this. May anxiety not unfit you for the trial, but may you cast yourself upon your merciful God to bear you through, trusting Him simply and entirely in this temporal thing as in all things.
We ask the Lord to give wisdom to the physicians, steadiness to your heart, and a calm trust that does not wait for feeling but rests upon Christ Himself. As one goes to a physician, so we go to the Great Physician, trusting Him before we feel the benefit, believing that He is able to save and to keep all who trust Him. In the shadow of His wings we make our refuge until these cares pass.
