God, please forgive me for my weakness, my sadness, my selfishness. Only You know how much I am hurting. I feel completely alone, unwanted and unloved. God YOU know what has occurred. Please forgive me for being weak and for breaking my promises. God please intercede with the paperwork and other matters. YOU know above all else what is going on God. I know it is a poor excuse but it is due to my consuming depression, PTSD and anorexia. Please do not punish me God. Please help me God, I am begging you. In Jesus Name I Pray, Amen.
