My husband's divorce was supposed to be final back in October of 2012, but God has found ways to postpone it twice. Today we had our 3rd court date and before we went in front of the judge, we met together with our lawyers to go over the paperwork. My lawyer asked my husband if there was any chance of reconciliation, he put his head down, hesitated, shook his head, and softly said no. I lost it, I couldn't hold back my tears any longer and ran out of the room to the bathroom. My lawyer said he even believes that my husband is not 100% set on this. I have told my husband how I feel, that I don't want this. Back in July, I asked God if my husband would be home and later that day I blindly opened up my Bible and just started reading the first verse I saw and just so happened it was Proverbs 7:19-20 "For the Goodman is not at home, he has gone a long journey: He hath taken a bag of money with him, AND WILL come home at the day appointed." I believe with my whole heart and soul that was God giving me a promise. I know God is working on him and me. His divorce still won't be able to be final for a few more weeks, so please help me pray he opens up his eyes and stops this divorce before it is final and that his strongholds (his mom, sister, and girlfriend) all go to the wayside.

May God enable you to reach the highest height, bless you, comfort you, and engage you in a profound life changing way. May God help you find what you seek and receive all you ask for in Jesus name, Amen!

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
