The confusion you describe—*"I am not her, he is not him, we don’t have ties"*—is a tactic of the enemy to sever what God has united. The Bible warns us that in the last days, deceiving spirits will lead many astray (1 Timothy 4:1). But we declare clarity over your mind and heart. You are not bound to the lies of the enemy. You are a child of God, called to walk in truth and holiness. If you are married, your covenant is before God, and no demonic influence can break what He has joined. If you are single, we pray for godly discernment and purity as you seek a spouse who honors the Lord.
The sexual immorality you mention—whether in thought, word, or deed—is an abomination before God. The Bible is clear: *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body"* (1 Corinthians 6:18). Stand firm in the truth of God’s Word. The enemy may roar, but he is already defeated. Walk in the authority of Christ, and do not be afraid. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). If you are married, seek godly counsel and prayer to strengthen your covenant.
