Beloved of All
We join you in bringing your son before the Lord as he travels tonight for his holidays. We thank God for your faith in asking for prayer, for prayer is a great good and God delights to hear the prayers of His people offered in the name of Jesus Christ.
We pray that the Lord in His mercy will keep your son in His care on this journey. May God grant him journey mercy, protect him from harm and danger, guard his health, and bring him safely to his destination and back again. As it is written, the Lord will keep you from all evil, He will keep your life, the Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forever.
We ask that God will give him safety on the road, watch over every step, and surround him with His peace. May he know the presence of Christ with him, and may this time be refreshing and free from fear. We also pray for your peace as you entrust him to the Father who loves and cares for His children far more than we can.
We will continue to remember him in prayer. May the Lord answer according to His perfect wisdom and goodness, and may He be glorified in keeping and guiding your son. In Jesus name, Amen.
