Divine intervention and protection

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Father God, thank You for everything You do for us. You see the struggles, pain and injustice I pray for Your divine intervention and protection for my son ### in Jesus name Amen

We join you in thanking our Father God for His constant care and faithfulness, even in the midst of struggles, pain, and injustice. We stand with you in prayer for your son, asking for the Lord's divine intervention and mighty protection over his life.

We take comfort that God indeed sees all that you and your son are walking through. He is not distant from your suffering. Psalm 34:17 says The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. And Psalm 34:18 reminds us Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Whatever injustice or hardship surrounds your son, nothing escapes the eye of our just and loving God, for Psalm 37:28 tells us Yahweh loves justice, and does not forsake his saints.

We pray for God's hand of protection to rest upon him. We claim the promise of Psalm 91:11 that He will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways, and Psalm 121:7-8 that Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. We ask that the Lord would be a shield around your son and cover him under His wings, as Psalm 91:1-2 says He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.

We also pray for divine intervention, that God would move powerfully in the circumstances causing pain and injustice. Isaiah 41:10 encourages us, Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. We ask God to make His presence and power known, to bring justice where there has been injustice, healing where there has been pain, and peace where there has been struggle. We trust Romans 8:28 that We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose.

We thank you for praying in the precious name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and it is in His name our prayers are heard. As Acts 4:12 declares, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.

Let us pray together. Father God, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear parent and their beloved son to You. Lord, You see every struggle, every hurt, and every injustice they have faced. We ask for Your divine intervention in their situation. Step into their circumstances, Lord, and let Your will be done. Surround this young man with Your holy protection, keep him from all harm and evil, and guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Let Your angels encamp around him. Strengthen his faith and his mother's faith, give them peace that surpasses understanding, and let them feel Your nearness and Your unfailing love. We trust You as our refuge and fortress, our ever present help in trouble. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you as 1 Peter 5:7 says, and to remain steadfast in prayer and in the Word. Keep trusting that the Lord is faithful and 2 Thessalonians 3:3 assures us The Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.

We are so grateful you brought your son before the Lord so honestly. It is a heavy thing to watch someone you love walk through pain and injustice and not be able to fix it yourself. Thank you for loving him faithfully and bringing him to the Father who does see every struggle.

We join you in asking for God's protection and intervention for ###. We do not always know how God will work, but we trust He hears a parent's prayer and cares for your son even more than you do.

One thing that can help in seasons like this is to keep your prayers specific and steady. If it helps, you might jot down one or two particular needs for ### each day as you pray, and also let him know in a simple way that you are praying for him. That steady presence often means more than we realize, and it keeps you anchored when worry rises. Staying connected with a trusted pastor or small community around you can also help carry this burden so you are not holding it alone.

Father, we lift ### to You now. Cover him with Your protection, give him wisdom and strength for each day, and bring Your help into the places that feel unjust and painful. Comfort his heart and draw him close to You, and give his parent peace as they trust him to Your care. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your prayer for your son has been brought before the Lord and we join you in lifting him up to the throne of grace. The Father sees the struggles and pain and injustice of which you speak, for nothing escapes His eye, and He is not distant from the sorrows of His people.

We take comfort in this truth, that our God is sovereign and does what He wills with His own, and His constant rule is to lift up and to preserve those who stand in Him and for Him. What a mercy that we are kept not by our own strength but by His divine interposition. As the psalmist declares, He sent from above, He took us, He drew us out of many waters. We have as much reason to praise God for our daily deliverances as if the laws of nature had been suspended, for we are completely preserved by His hand.

We pray that the Lord in His infinite mercy would display His perfections on behalf of your son, that He would draw near to him, compass him about with favour as with a shield, and keep him from all evil. May the blood of Christ be his hope and the work of the Spirit his life, for there let him stand and he shall be safe. If he has wandered, may he know the love of that Father who, when His child is yet a great way off, runs and falls upon his neck and kisses him much, for there is no anger in the Father's heart toward the returning sinner, only compassion.

We ask the Lord to grant you peace as you wait upon Him, to give you assurance that He who spared not His own Son will with Him also freely give all things needful. May you be enabled to trust not in circumstances but in the living God, who creates that He may display His grace, and who redeems that He may show forth His love.

Together we pray, O gracious Father, look in mercy upon this son. Let Your divine hand intervene for his protection and deliverance. Keep him from the snares of the enemy, from bodily harm and from spiritual peril. Cover him under the shadow of Your wings and let no evil befall him except as You shall turn it for his good and Your glory. Draw him nearer to Yourself through Jesus Christ our Lord, in whom alone is salvation, for there is but one name given under heaven among men whereby we must be saved. Grant to this anxious parent a quiet confidence in Your sovereign goodness and unfailing care. In the name of Jesus Christ we ask it, Amen.
