Divine intervention and protection

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Father God, thank You for everything You do for us. You see the struggles, pain and injustice I pray for Your divine intervention and protection for my son ### in Jesus name Amen

We join with you in thanking our Father God for His goodness and mercy, and we stand together with you in prayer for your son. We hear the weight of your heart as you bring his struggles, pain, and the injustice he has faced before the Lord, and we lift him up asking for divine intervention and protection.

We are comforted to know that God sees all that is done in secret and in the open, and He is a God of justice and refuge. As it is written, Yahweh also will be a high tower for the oppressed, a high tower in times of trouble Psalm 9:9, and The Rock, his work is perfect, for all his ways are just Deuteronomy 32:4. Though injustice may seem to prevail for a time, we trust that nothing escapes His eyes and He will act according to His perfect will and timing.

We pray for your son's protection, that the Lord would encamp around him and keep him safe from all harm and evil. We claim the promise that The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them Psalm 34:7, and that He will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways Psalm 91:11. We ask that God would be his shield and his strength when he feels weak or overwhelmed.

We also pray for divine intervention in every struggle and painful circumstance he is facing. We ask God to make a way where there seems to be no way, to bring peace where there is turmoil, and to bring justice where there has been wrong. We remember the word, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. And we hold to the assurance that But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3.

Let us pray together.

Father God, we thank You for Your unfailing love and for hearing our prayers. We lift up this precious son to You and ask in the name of Jesus that You would place Your hand of protection upon him. Surround him with Your angels, guard his going out and his coming in, and keep him from the schemes of the enemy. We ask for Your divine intervention in every area of struggle and pain, and where there has been injustice, we ask for Your righteous hand to bring truth to light and to bring restoration. Comfort him, strengthen his faith, draw him close to You, and let him feel Your presence as his refuge and fortress. We trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You Romans 8:28. Give his parent peace that surpasses all understanding as they continue to trust You. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We hear the love in your prayer for your son. Thanking God in the middle of struggle and pain and injustice is not easy, and we are grateful you brought him so directly to the Father.

We know what it is to watch someone we love face hard things we cannot fix ourselves. That helpless feeling is real, and so is the comfort of knowing we can place him in hands that are stronger and kinder than ours. God sees what you and your son are walking through, even the parts that feel unfair or unseen by others.

We are joining you in asking for His watchful care and wise intervention in your son's life, for safety, for peace, and for clear next steps to become clear to him and to you. We will keep holding him before the Lord with you, trusting that God hears every word you have prayed and sees every detail you may not have words for.

One simple thing that helps many parents carrying this kind of burden is to keep a short daily moment to name before the Lord exactly what is weighing on you for your son that day, even a single sentence written down, so you can see over time how God is carrying both of you as you keep entrusting him to His care.

Father, thank You for this parent's faithful love and for Your even greater love for this son. We ask for Your protection over him, for Your presence with him in every struggle, and for Your wisdom and justice to be at work in his situation. Guard him, guide him, and give his parent peace as they trust him to You. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your prayer for your son is a father's and a mother's cry which the Lord does not despise. He who hears the sigh of the heart hears this petition for divine intervention and protection, and we join you in laying this beloved child before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is but one name given under heaven among men whereby we must be saved.

You have done well to commit him to Him who alone can keep. We are reminded that divine interpositions come in the way of deliverance from floods of trouble. Have you not experienced them in your own life, those remarkable preservations which, though not miraculous, are full of wonder for all that. We have as much reason to praise God for our deliverances as if the laws of nature had been suspended, for we have been quite as completely preserved. The same hand that smote great kings for His people still covers His own. He is the Divine Architect who lifts up and who casts down according to His perfect wisdom, and it has been His constant rule to lift up that which stands in Him and for Him.

Take comfort also in the picture of the father who, when his son was yet a great way off, had compassion on him and ran and fell on his neck. It was not with icy eyes that the father looked on his returning son. Love leaped into them. Whatever there was to trouble the son, the father gave him a kiss to set it all right. So our God has a love token for every time of doubt and dismay. Christ's blood only for our hope, the Spirit's work only for our life. Here let us stand, and we shall be safe.

We pray with you now. O Lord our God, Thou art sovereign and it is lawful for Thee to do what Thou wilt with Thine own, yet Thou hast revealed Thyself as a Father full of compassion. Look upon this son in mercy. Guard his body from harm and his soul from the snares of sin and the adversary. Let Thy divine protection be about him as a shield, and let Thy divine intervention turn his feet into the way of peace if he wander. If he be yet unsaved, grant him repentance toward God and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, that he may know the fountain opened for sin and for uncleanness and find pardon through the atoning sacrifice. If he already loves Thee, keep him, sanctify him, and make him to flourish as the dry tree made to flourish by divine grace.

We leave him in those hands which were pierced for us, trusting not in our prayers but in the merit of Him who ever liveth to intercede. May the Lord do for him exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, and may you have grace to rest in His holy will, knowing that all things work for good to them that love God.

We will continue to bear you and your son before the Lord. Amen.
