Thank you for sharing this so honestly. What you are describing is taken seriously in Scripture, and God understands exactly where these thoughts come from, even in their origin. Nothing about your past or the exposure you had when you were young is hidden from Him, and there is nowhere you can go that is outside His presence and His ability to help.
God's thoughts toward you are not like these intrusive thoughts that trouble you. His thoughts are higher than our thoughts as the heavens are higher than the earth, because He knows the end from the beginning. What He thinks toward you is peace and not evil, to give you a hopeful future. He thinks about you constantly, more thoughts than can be counted, and every one of them is good. Divination and occult practices do not come from Him and do not lead to that peace. They are not a way to know His will, and they are not to be sought or followed.
There is real hope because Jesus Christ has redeemed you. That word means to purchase out of slavery. You were once held by sin and by influences from the past, but He has bought you back to Himself. Through His blood there is a complete washing, a total cleansing from all sin and all the past. God has removed sin as far as east is from west, and He does not hold it against you when you come to Jesus. This is more than forgiveness for the past. It is a washing of regeneration and a renewing work of the Holy Spirit who makes you a new person in Christ and transforms you into what God wants you to be. That living hope is made certain because Jesus rose from the dead.
Spiritual forces are real and they are not to be treated lightly. An early exposure to the occult can open a door in a person's life, and those doors need to be firmly closed. Closing them means turning away completely from any occult practice, influence, or curiosity, not looking to it for guidance, and instead filling your mind and life with Christ. God has saved us from that old way of life to live differently, not by outward oddness, but by a changed life that seeks to do good and walk in holiness. When guilt about the past or strange thoughts try to plague you and keep you from the full victory God intends, remember that you have been cleansed and you can stand on His promise.

May He wash you afresh and fill you with His Holy Spirit, renew your mind with His Word, and give you quietness and rest. May He teach you to recognize any thought that is not from Him, to turn from it sharply, and to take authority in the name of Jesus to rebuke what is evil. May you grow in knowing how precious His thoughts toward you are, and may you experience His peace guarding your heart and mind, knowing He is with you wherever you are and that His mercy and love are sufficient for every day ahead.
